From time to time people will complain about the speed of Logos. When this happens, it is not uncommon for people to claim that they experience no sluggishness with Logos. For people who have no speed problems, does that include searches? Here is my experience with Logos 8 and a 2018 MacBook Pro (quad core i7, fast SSD, 16GB Ram). Bible search <Lemma
Did you read the description of the categories canonical, deuterocanonical and trito-canonical? Because the terms are used differently in different traditions they are carefully defined outside the definition of any specific tradition.
Actually I did not. I immediately selected a tradition in the left pane and totally

Looking at the Canon Comparison, I find it odd that Faithlife decided to list the books of the Apocrypha as Deuteroncanon for resources such as the Geneva Bible, Anglican, 39 articles, etc. Perhaps this is semantics and I realize it can get complicated, but doesn't this decision lead people astray into thinking that the above mention groups/works considered

Thank you Beloved for keeping this issue "alive". I am patiently awaiting an update.

Thank you for the response!

What's the status on this bug? Did FL ever acknowledge? The current behavior with Louw-Nida is infuriating.

Once again, thank you Denise. I just ordered Tov's book.

Thanks Denise for the response!! From time to time I hear people make comments like: 1) The KJV is based on the Daniel Bomberg (ben Hayyim) edition of the MT 2) Several Hebrew MSS have this reading while others have this. I have only heard of two Hebrew MSS, Aleppo and Leningrad. I guess I was hoping to find a book that discusses the textual criticism

When this was first announced earlier this year I was extremely excited. Finally an affordable way to enjoy mobile ed videos. It is starting to look like my excitement was premature.

Thanks Mark!

How do I determine which Dead Sea Scrolls resources will populate the "Textual Searches" field in a Bible Word Study? Thanks!
-
Can anyone confirm that this bug is repeatable with the Bible study?
-
It looks like this might be triggered by a Bible Word Study. Here is a screencast showing how a BWS recreates the problem. http://screencast.com/t/hGPABpppl

Thanks for the help. I can't find a pattern of when the new tab displays correctly and when it does not. All I know is that a lot of the time when I have the KJV open with a focus on a specific passage in the KJV tab, hitting the new tab button only brings up the first image. Interestingly, if I go back to the KJV tab and hit the right arrow to bring

The context of both images were the same - The focus is on the tab displaying The KJ Bible open to Genesis 1:14 and then selecting new tab.

Here is what it should look like when it works correctly which is seldom.

When I'm viewing a Bible passage in KJV and hit the new tab button I'm constantly getting the image below. As you can see I'm missing a ton of resources??
