Yes it makes sense - but I'm trying to understand in what way the current approach does not provide for this.
We may be talking about the difference between "simple" and what my daughter calls "stupid simple." Seriously, I do think the search helps go a long way towards making the search panel easier to use, particularly

This would be an elegant solution to that particular problem. It's one I run into fairly frequently.
... a good number of the less successful, older CP offerings like this one would benefit from being broken up a bit, recombined, offered in multiple ways ... This happens to be a book that I already have, but I'm very grateful that FaithLife is continuing the program. I've benefited from many free books in the past, and appreciate the ongoing

I'm currently teaching a class on the Psalms, and I'm basically not using this tool because there's no way to produce visuals or handouts to use with the class

  • Re: Faithlife Now Selling Books that Mock God and Promote Atheism

I'm all for understanding alternative points of view - even (especially?) those we disagree with - but at least as described in the promotional materials and published reviews, this particular title does seem a bit far afield for what I would expect from FaithLife. One review describes it as "a politically edgy treatment of intelligent design". The
Fast forward two decades and read in the papers that a family of four was murdered on Christmas eve for being Jewish Communists. In actual fact they were Episcopalian Democrats. A man had read the crap that the John Birch Society had published against the politician and killed his son for "his father's sins". The man killed

Thank you for sharing this! Preachers going to a lexicon and "overloading" a word with all of the listed meanings is one of my pet peeves. And the biggest thing I learned from first year Greek is that professional translators are better at it than I am.

  • Better TOC Links for Basics of Biblical Hebrew Grammar

I'm finding the Table of Contents links for the Basics of Biblical Hebrew Grammar incredibly frustrating. The worst problem is that there's only one link to the lexicon at the back of the book. This makes it unnecessarily awkward to look up words. It may not seem like much of a problem, but its just one more difficulty for students who're already struggling

It sounds like you already have a very good basic library. My advice would be to wait and see what materials are required for your classes, and what additional materials your professors may recommend. You're likely to to end up buying at least a couple of books for each class you take.
'Tagging' seems to be a big complaint, which I understand to be missing links to other books, to bibliographic references, etc. (Let me know if I'm misunderstanding.) This is probably the ultimate example of where our large library leads to issues: the books in our base packages sell in the many thousands of units. Most
A variation on this, or at least explaining it as I would think of it, is "community links." Rather than crowd-sourcing the links by submission to Logos and awaiting resource updates, follow the pattern of community tags and community notes. Directly apply the crowd-sourced community links to open resources (assuming they
