One of the things I love about Microsoft PowerPoint is that it is 100% Microsoft PowerPoint compatible.

  • Re: Is Logos expensive?

Books are expensive. But, when you consider the amount of time the author and publisher spend producing them, books are a bargain. Logos books are pennies on the dollar. Knowledge is costly, but ignorance is more costly still.

[quote user="J. I am fishing for a simpler answer. Imagine I start attending a Catholic church. I get to talking to my priest about reading the Bible. He tells me to go to Amazon and get... what Bible?
David Paul, do you have a book recommendation in light of your theological considerations? (I don't. As a Catholic, the KJV-only arguments are just-sit-back-and-watch debates, preferably with popcorn, for me. But this thread has been helpful for me nonetheless.)
I am curious, how is this issue different for Catholics

  • Cause of slow down?

I created a visual filter the other day and inadvertently all text all resources Gen- Rev This had the effect of highlighting the text of every reference in every volume. (In my case 13,000+ volumes.) this, actually was pretty cool as it made the verse references stand out. But, I am thinking that it slowed down logos and the rest of my computer. Two

  • Center for New Testament Textual Studies' New Testament Critical Apparatus

This looks like an interesting tool, but a little expensive at $100. Is there anything else that does what this does but cheaper--maybe something I already have?
I didn't see a 36 volume bundle and now assume that was his unique number for one of the base packages you mention.
it all depends on what you already have. for me, it added only 36 volumes. With dynamic pricing, you pay for what you don't have.

In this case, 36 volumes for a cheaper price than getting just the 4 I was looking at!
