What I meant to finish with there before sticking an overly large attachment in was that both are pulling the display to the cards. Hope the screenshot helps - I am sure it is something simple

Thanks for the reply Kevin, I pulled from the NA28 text of Matthew. I also did a similar exercise from the BHS text of Jonah - both are displaying the

  • Sorting Word Lists

Hey all, judging by my previous posts I am more than likely missing something obvious here (makes me feel good about my job in IT); that said though, can someone tell me how to make the cards show the lemma and not the display? It would make the Hebrew cards slightly easier to use imho. At the moment the display pulls across to the front of the card

Hi guys, where is this tool? I have had a look under tools and I don't seem to have it. I should not be missing any data sets

  • Re: Visual filters not working?

lol, sorry Bradley, you are of course correct. I swear it was not working a minute ago which is why i flipped over to the na27 to check if it is was working there and then screenshotted from that view. I must have done something in the process and it is working in the na28. Apologies for the waste of time there! Matt

  • Re: Visual filters not working?

Thanks for the response both, My library is now fully indexed, unfortunately - it would have been nice to chalk it up to that. No Greek new testaments are returning anything here. Once I have entered the search terms and the desired highlighting into the visual filter document and have named it I can leave it open or close the document and it does not

  • Visual filters not working?

Evening all, I am probably missing something really obvious here, but my visual filters don't appear to be working. No matter what I do, I cannot get my lemma search to work. Any hints as to how to turn them on? I have created a morph filter looking for lemma:ἀποκρίνομαι and entitled "redundant quotative frames". this is to search all morph text in

  • Re: Is upgrade from Scholars Platinum to Portfolio worth it?

I recently upgraded from platinum to portfolio and have personally benefitted a lot from the texts on ancient cultures. That was at the time the area that was most lacking in my studies so it fit nicely. Personally I wish I had gone portfolio right from the beginning. That being said, there is a lot that I am probably not going to use in the portfolio

Thanks for the suggestion there Richard, I would not have thought of looking there however unfortunately it is not hiding there either! I was not intending to hijack the thread turning it into a support thread, I just found the concept of those desperately waiting for theirs when poor old me had it for a moment and the lo, it was gone! Am sure the support

Hi Richard, I mean that it was there and now when i try to locate it in my library I cannot find it despite it being listed as one of my unlocked resources on my account page. Just a bit strange and will have to wait until monday and the helpful support team to sort out. The EEC should ahve been in the Iphone also and it was on mine for all of about

I received my copy of the EEC a couple of days back and now it has disappeared from both my iphone library and from Logos on my PC... I am beginning to get suspicious that desparation may have overcome some of you who are still waiting for yours!

  • Re: What on earth is ‘Vyrso’ in the iTunes App Store?

I can actually see this as useful - having one app for my general reading and one for my on-the-go study. I know that we have bookmarks on the logos iphone app, but I spend so much time walking to work and bookmarking resources for future study that it would be and now is nice to have the ability to go straight back to my casual reading. I guess what

  • Re: Backing up collections

Thanks Mark - it may have been your post that sparked something in my mind as I looked at all that I had created and got worried about losing it all! Am looking forward to the day that Logos can automate it, but until then I shall try Lynden's way first and then go the painful way as a back-up option. Matt

  • Backing up collections

Hi all, I have found myself with a lot on my mind recently and as such have been spending an inordinate amount of time with my head buried in a book and also updating my logos collections. I spent a long time on that today and then realised that it may be a good idea to back up the search parameters etc that have been used and the additional resources

  • Re: Geek, Scholar, Pastor, Student or something else? Maybe all?

Sakarias, I am in the heavy user layman's camp. Having never had formal training in theology I use logos to make up for that lack. That has resulted in investing vast quantities of money into the product over the last year and a half (I now have just under 3000 resources). I, like Mark, view Logos as a wonderfully beneficial tool for the breadth of

If it is any use, Logos Sales recently e-mailed me a list of all the licenses that I have in excel format. I am sure that if you were to contact them then you could get such a list.
