Late August- Early September

that’s why every 2 years FL does that
Except for last cycle, they haven't! Here are the release dates (as best as I can decipher): L4 - Nov 3 2009? (may have been earlier... the wiki isn't clear) L5 - November 1, 2012 L6 - October 27, 2014 L7 - August
No reason, why?
Keeping your software up to date is important! Updates squash bugs, improve security and provide new features. My one proviso: Sometimes waiting for a little bit after major releases is a good thing, especially for non-techie users. The next version of macOS is due out in the fall (likely September)

Welcome! Sorry you are having troubles Some questions: When & how did you acquire the Logos installer? Are you new to Mac? Is there a reason you haven't updated macOS? (The current version is 10.13.5)

  • Re: *Log question: How to tell what resource was removed from my library?

What I meant is that your post made it sound like you remove resources from packages... In other words, someone might think that if they purchase the "Gold" package, you might remove a book from that collection... which you don't do. Once you purchase a resource, you own it.

Bradley - I Understand what you mean, but some users may be confused by your use of “remove from a collection” a “permanent“ resource. Some users would be concerned that you may remove a “permanent“ resource from a collection which they purchased, but I know that is not what you meant.
what are the ways in which it helped you
The number one use of Logos for me is as a "digital library." The ability to search an entire library (!) is spectacular. The ability to make highlights and review them, and to "cut and paste" quotes is a life saver.

The use of the term "Kindle Device" is nearly worthless, since it can mean two distinct things: A Kindle (e-Ink) reader (highly recommend!) A Kindle Fire (Android hybrid). If you mean the later, you would not need to convert anything... you would simply run the FL Android apps. If you mean the former, there are tutorials for converting Logos books.
