• Re: Missing Media Resources

These are media collections that show up as you search for things in Media search. • Re: Scripture Text Display

What version of the bible are you using? It is possible we have not published an updated version that supports the new visual filter. Looking at the text you posted my guess is CEB, which looks like it has not been updated. I'm not sure if it is on our queue, but will pass this note along to our text team.

We are still having trouble reproducing this and would appreciate if you tried one more thing. If you open the panel menu (click on the resource cover on the top left) and choose 'Download all media'. Then after 10-15 minutes try playing again.

You should continue to have access to your resources.
Does Logos 6 offer any improvements in speed? It sometimes takes version 5.2 as long as five minutes
Dylan, I seem to remember when Logos 5 came out one could get the engine and data sets for a reasonable price. Is that going to be the case with Logos 6 as well?
Correct we have several crossgrade options that are available at different price points..

Thank you for reporting this. We are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. One of the technologies we use in the new home page and interactives relies on Chrome web browser. Chrome 35 is what we are currently built on and Chrome 37 introduced new and improved font rendering http://blog.chromium.org/2014/07/chrome-37-beta-directwrite-on-windows

I'm sorry you feel deceived. It was not our intent to deceive anyone. The feedback in the 5.3 beta was valuable to helping us make Logos 6 as stable as possible. We originally intended for 5.3 to ship before Logos 6. The more we focused on Logos 6 the more the dates on 5.3 slipped. As we evaluated the options we decided it was best to put our focus
