I'm excited that I knew something that some of the Logos veterans didn't! I've been changing my titles and short titles extensively for years to arrange/organize my library and passage guide and for dealing with what appears on shortened tabs.

Any chance that the ISV resource file is on the radar for an update?
Thanks for the reminder Ron! Yes indeed, we did receive changes for the ISV, and I will get it worked into our update queue.
Terrific news! Thanks Jannie!!

Any chance that the ISV resource file is on the radar for an update? The revision we have is from early 2011. There have been significant numbers of typo corrections, punctuation corrections, grammar corrections, and even minor revisions by the ISV Foundation since that time. I know that the ISV Foundation has sent updated files, so it shouldn't be

OK, I've tried a couple Google searches, but since I don't remember the details or the phrasing, I'm not finding the post I'm looking for. A few weeks/months ago, somebody posted in response to a question about a certain commentary series. All I can remember is a comment along the line of: "x series is to Word Biblical what the Tyndale Commentary is

This concerns me from the reverse situation. I was tempted to pick up these new volumes on pre-pub, but I don't yet have the original set. If I pick these up now, then I'll have to pay for them again down the road when I'm able to pick up the set...so I'm better off just waiting and getting the eventual 11 volume set at a later date.
-in response to Veli: I'm not sharing my line with anyone else.
Actually, you are, by nature of the way that cable works. It is a shared bandwidth technology. You don't have a dedicated/guaranteed 300mbps circuit.

Great, thanks Celeste!

Thanks for the answers both. That helps a lot. I think I'm going to cancel the manuals and the Academic Training and go with just the Camp Logos 1.

Do these videos assume and "require" knowledge and understanding of the Biblical languages to get much out of them? Or are the tools and techniques taught in the videos still beneficial (enough to justify $300) to those without any formal language training?

How much overlap is there between the various Morris Proctor resources? I own the Logos 6: What's New? videos and I'm in on the pre-pubs for Logos Academic Training, Camp Logos 1, and the Logos 6 Training Manuals. Is there enough unique material in each of these to justify getting all 3? Or is there quite a bit of overlap? Is Academic Training similar

Wouldn't 6.10 be equivalent to 6.1?
No. See rule 2: http://semver.org/
This convention also reinforces that the current beta should be 6.1a (or 6.1.1 if you prefer) rather than 6.2, since it is just bug fixes and doesn't contain new functionality

Unless there is something big coming later in the beta cycle, I'm curious why the decision was made to move to 6.2 instead of 6.1a for a release that (so far) is made up of relatively minor bug fixes. Unfortunately, "Popular Highlights" quickly becomes meaningless if all these books that are included as reading for courses show the entire book as being highlighted for the purpose of the tool.
