I ask because I am continuing to work on my desktops within Wordsearch since I cannot activate them in Logos as of today. If they are only transferring the info as of the "takeover" date will I be able to manually impost the updated information?
Hi Rich, Not sure this will help, will depend on how many of your resources
That feature in Word looks great, I would still love to see a full "zipscript" though. Ive used it tons on social media, messaging and emails. I also loved the search in Wordsearch 12, but will withold further comment until I'm better acquainted with Logos
Hi, Flanary's, I'm sure by now you have found the answer

Thanks, Bradley, for your response. My bad, I had copied what I thought was the correct URL but turns out I guess it is the entire WS listing. I saw my Library with titles as Not Started - In Process - Available. So I thought, since I was logged in, that was My list, NOT. Then I see the URL you posted, clicked on it and sure enough, I am now seeing

Thanks, Roy, for your response. I'm thinking, I don't know what I should know. I have figured out that the listing @ "Your Wordsearch Library in Logos" is not a dynamic listing. I am signed into my Logos account and If I understand the numbering on the left there are about 15-17,000 volumes in that Library list. My thought is, that is the entire Library
-
In checking the catalog of my Wordsearch Library being processed I discover 100's of volumes marked with the Title "Unknown" and the Status "Not Started." I wonder what those 'unknown's' could be and how will they ultimately be processed? The processing started out with a bang, lot's of resources converted and downloaded, but it is now down to a trickle
Logos has an "Action" that works in MS Word that allows you to type in a reference, right click on it, select "Additional Actions" - Logos Bible Software - Replace with passage and your scripture is pasted in. Within Logos Bible Software you can select the Bible you want to use, and you have virtually unlimited control over

I don't know you, but you sure sound like a follower of King Jesus. God bless you for the clarity of your post and

I have been excited ever since getting the barrage of emails. The first download was 877 and I just went to the list of my WS resources that are "In Progress" and my excitement level went up again. I didn't count, but I had a lot maybe 20-30 "unknowns" on my list. Will they ultimately be identified and downloaded? While scrolling down my WS list I saw

Thanks, JT, that worked really well.

When searching for Clippings in the Forums why do I get this message? Sorry, there was a problem with your last request! Surely someone has asked a question about Clippings before or made a statement about them.

Good response and question, Jim!! I look forward to an answer, which will be forthcoming. Personally, I wish we could sort by Reference regardless of which Notebook we are working in, but that is just my opinion. Looking forward to a response to your post.
-
Hi David, the video in the link shows the sorting being done in the Filter, but not in the Notebooks. When I am working in Notes I nearly always work in a Notebook and that is where I want to Sort by Reference. Thanks again, for your response.

I'm curious as to why we cannot sort our notes in a Notebook by Reference? I realize if we are making notes in a Book of the Bible we can sort by Reference. Since that is so, why is by Reference greyed out in a Notebook? Usually, my Notebooks are based on a Book of the Bible and I would like very much to sort by Reference.
I concur that outline format is a challenge. My workaround is to NOT use the Roman Numerals for main points. I simply identify them as Heading 1 or Heading 2 (depending upon the symmetry of my outline) and use the Arabic numerals or alphabet on the "normal" paragraph style and indent accordingly. This means that I frequently
-
I usually create my sermon in Word and then copy/paste into Sermon Editor. I follow the usually outline formatting like: I. Roman Numeral 1. Arabic Numerals 2. 3. etc., etc. I'm having a problem when I create my slides. The slides for levels using the roman numerals create just fine, I., II., III. etc.. When I create slides for the Arabic numeral levels

Aaron, Something you might find really helpful, at least I did. Open your preferred Bible and your Bible Word Study Guide Set them both to Link Set A. Then click on the word in your Bible and the guide will open to that Gk/Hb word and you will have your Lexicons along with translation wheels, etc. Just a thought.

Will this work? Sorry, my bad, I sent it as per the instructions. If this doesn't work, let me know how to send them to the Forum. 6558.Logs.zip

Thanks, I just sent the Logs off. Maybe they can also tell why ever action in Logos seems to be soooo slow. I can click a tab, or resource and it takes forever to open or change. Thanks for your help.
