Have you ever thought of starting a Logos users group? 😜 I am sure there are more than a few here in the forums who are addicted and a Logos addiction can be costly. There are probably a number of Logos user spouses who would welcome an intervention.

are there advantages of doing it one way or the other?
Bama's explanation is superb. All I can add is, before this change, Notes and Highlights were apocalyptically confusing. Since making them "the same," they are now only moderately confusing. The good part about the recent change is, the decision over which is better

The upgrade page (at least for Reformed Silver) lists the Silver Feature set as part of the upgrade, but it is NOT INCLUDED. I put this in my cart and bought it, and none of the listed features were downloaded. [ And BTW, the dynamic price on the page was $149 but the price in the shopping cart was $61, so the features were apparently stripped out when

Called sales back and got a very helpful rep. He's fixing it. I'm returning Reformed Silver (which is a library upgrade ONLY, in spite of what the sales page says) and purchasing the Full Feature upgrade. I was told I can add the Ref Silver library upgrade at the same price later if I want it. There's no change in dynamic price either way because (in
I would contact Sales
\ I gave them a call. After listening to my story, the sales rep immediately transferred me to Support. The support rep told me I need to wait. So I'm waiting. Not sure on what...Godot ain't gonna show.

Well, apparently, even though the Reformed Silver upgrade says it has the Silver Feature upgrade, it doesn't. I went ahead and bought the $65 Ref Silver Upgrade in my cart and it downloaded some resources, but the Full Feature upgrade price didn't move an inch, and the dynamic Compare page shows I own the Reformed Silver but says I do not own the Silver
I would look at https://www.logos.com/product/195570/logos-9-full-feature-upgrade?httproute=True
Already did...that was the source of the questions just below your post.
And Mark's question earlier is a good one. What is your price for the Silver Feature Upgrade
I posted a screen shot of that above.
-
Or would it be smarter to pay $129.68 for the Full Feature upgrade and then see what my dynamic price would be on the Reformed Silver?
-
And to pile on, how would I find out my dynamic price on the Full Feature upgrade *after having bought* the Reformed Silver upgrade, assuming this one includes the Silver Feature upgrade?
-
Should I just buy the $61 upgrade in my shopping cart and *hope* it includes the feature upgrade that it says it does? Or am I going to get burned by the marketing folks *again*?
Well then, I got nothin'.
Hey, at least you tried to help! That's more than most!
Ref. Silver doesn't come with the full feature set but the Silver feature set.
Which is another point of confusion because the upgrade page says it does (come with the full feature set).
apparently it thinks you already have a feature set and thus removes it from the cart? Did you buy one already?[/quote
What is your Silver Features upgrade price?

Are you a Faithlife Connect member?
Never. That thing, IMO, is a pox.

I've been saying variations of this for years, just not nearly so eloquently or with as much detail. Glad to see it posted by someone to whom FL may listen. Because, to quote J. C. Fogerty, I ain't no fortunate son.

I'm considering upgrading to get the full feature set (I've already upgraded to L9 but only at a partial feature set level). On my L9 Reformed silver page, I get this price- In my shopping cart, this is what shows- What's going on? I think someones throwing me a curve ball but I can't figure out what it is. I am not terribly interested in a library

What is the process for getting a reading plan into the Courses Tool? Is this something that can be simply uploaded/shared, or is this by invitation only? Graham, you've done more than 20...I'd love to hear your input on this.
-
One workaround is to simply ignore the dates. If the 'you are behind' message annoys you, you can (from the reading plan) right-click on a day and choose "Adjust plan from here" and it will reset your dates from that reading to 'today.' Not what you are after but may keep you occupied until you can figure out a better solution.
