I don't consider myself to be a superstitious man.... but if I did see the devil under every rock (or under Zondervan's rock), this dynamic price would give me pause:

Thanks for the responses, and apologies for the late reply: This is the Android version of the app, not IOS or the Desktop Logos. When writing a note, I have the standard formatting bar just below the "Note Title (optional)" line. It includes buttons for Forward, Backward, Bold, Italics, Bullet point, Number Point, and Ellipsis for formatting options

Please send a copy of the Access db to mullima at gmail dot com Thanks!

You might want to perform a search like this on Logos.com for every book with those words in the title or description or click this to see a forum conversation that appears to address the topic from within the software (without a book).

Title says it all. I can take a note and format it with bold and italics , but there is no underline function when I'm taking notes.

DAL, I think that Josh (like myself) finds that using the sermon editor and Logos itself cumbersome to preach/teach from. PowerPoint remains my goto method of projecting to a class or congregation. And, of course, one may easily incorporate audio and movie clips into it. I admit that I have only limited experience with Sermon Editor, but, for me, there

Josh, For what you want to do, you want to download and install a free & open source application called Audacity (yes, there are others, but I've used this for years and it will do exactly what you want to do easily ( see these instructions , scroll down to the section on Audacity ). --Mark

Alexander and Schmuel, You both asked questions about your graphics card requirements with regard to Logos. I'll point you to Faithlife's recommended hardware for Logos here , scroll down when you click the link to see the Video Card or Graphics Processor (GPU) recommendations. Also, take a look at this graphics card buyer's guide for some industry

To lend some veracity to my opinions, I'll trot out a couple of credentials so that you might gain some level of comfort with these recommendations: I have spent 35 years in Information Technology as both a technician and manager for global networking, deskside and server support, and reaching way back to the days of component level troubleshooting

Since we don't know which methods you've tried and discarded, let me suggest Calibre to convert all ebook formats into a .docx format that you can build into personal books for Logos. It works for many of us, and I've converted a "bunch" of books for my own library.

I've attended Camp Logos with Morris, bought his DVDs, and manuals. All were great products, and I recommend them. I also bought LearnLogos CD's from John, and have corresponded with him several times. Love his work, and its a great reference when I need to refresh on a feature. Also, his free webinars are killer. Also highly recommended. If I were
I'm currently the only product manager on the denominational team (our other product managers left of their own accord to pursue other opportunities or took on other roles within Faithlife), ...
... perseverance of the saints, or eternal security?

I attended Camp Logos 1 several years ago and have nothing but good things to say about the content, delivery, and value. Speaking of value, don't let the cost of the seminar discourage you (Morris isn't your typical "cheap date").... the seminar typically offers deep Deep DEEP discounts on assorted Logos bundles that will save you more than the cost

Josh, An SD card or USB drive is going to SIGNIFICANTLY slower to access Logos. Either will technically function, but you may want to tear your hair out by the roots because of the (lack of) speed of response. My best advice is to follow the majority opinion and buy a Solid State Drive (SSD) as others have already recommended. You can easily determine

Congratulations and gratitude to everyone at FL !! I, in spite of Myke's legitimate comment/complaint about the slides being JPEGS vs. editable PPTX slides, got the High Definition Commentary: Romans Slide Pack from Steven Runge's outstanding High Def series of commentaries. Highly recommended for teaching/preaching/studying/devotions. Thanks!

Thank you Fred, That worked perfectly! Does anyone know if there is a repository (download site) for the all of the individual verse animations?
-
I am teaching through Colossians and watched the excellent Bible verse animation in the January 10th edition of Faithlife Today (This edition is titled "What can we learn from the Gospel of Thomas", you'll need to scroll down a little to see it, and the animation starts at about the 4 minute mark). I'd love to obtain and use the animation on Col 1:15
We've just added some new reading plan templates with a variety of “Bible in a Year”-style plans for 2017:
Since, at this time of the year, the thoughts of all Logos'ians turns to an attack plan for Bible reading/study for next year; we are all grateful for for practical applications of
