Thanks Keep Smiling 4 Jesus, That worked. Now if I can just remember that trick two years from now when I want to review the course . . .

I do too if I search in Deluxe Map Set. But the Deluxe Map Set does not show up in a general search from the Factbook Media tab or even a general search of Everything.

Dave, To clarify. When Logos 7 came out I bought a Starter Upgrade and then returned it nearly immediately. They removed the resources from my Library but told me I would stay at Logos 7 since it would be offered to everybodyt in February anyway. My package is non-typical I would say.

Same thing. My problem is with the PDF line feeds. It limits the DOCX file to a predetermined page width and limits the overall utility of reading in Logos. May as well read in a PDF reader and take advantage of built in links. Don't see much utility here unless I am missing something.

Many Logos users are not trained in Greek and Hebrew, yet are students of God's word and want to grow spiritually using Logos. The Packages contain a majority of resources that are focused for Seminary trained pastors. Why not develop Packages that are heavy on commentaries, dictionaries, maps, sermons, timelines, and the like but not overloaded with

To achieve this, I would throw out the alphabet tutors, cantillations and morphology charts (value down to 8349.38). I would get rid of the Greek Bibles, Apparatuses and Morphologies (leaving only the interlinears for a new value of 7910.93). I would drop Lenski's Commentary and the Socio-Rhetorical Commentary from the Critical/Exegetical Section -

My Logos on my IPad Mini seems to prefer ESV over whatever I choose in the Preferred Bible Setting. I can select NIV and see the check mark, but next time I touch the center Icon to jump to preferred Bible, I get ESV. I get ESV even if it is closed in the tabs. I would very much like to choose which Bible opens. . .

I am not a Biblical scholar, but found these two passages to be extremely similar. Am I missing something? While niv and most modern versions have Job say, I despise myself (6), myself is not in the Hebrew, and it is more probable that he despises the words of abuse he has hurled at God. Likewise what he has to repent of is not any sin for which his

Anybody else getting pop up Logos commercials when you open Logos? Any way to turn them off? -john

Over the last two or three weeks I have noticed a significant delay between when I open a resource and when the highlights finally appear. During this delay I am unable to make new highlights. Is this unique to me, to the resource (ESV) or are others experiencing the same delay? I run Logos on a Windows 10 machine with 1 TB SSD. -john

I am in need of help in finding the right search terms to find all Bible references to God's Glory. Does anyone have a suggestion? <Sense = glory (divine)> only returns results for the New Testament and I am stumped. -john

Are you using more than one computer? My experience is that the PB files have to be on each computer and the books rebuilt on each computer.

Thanks Graham. Now we are talking!

This article by Morris Proctor was very helpful too! https://blog.logos.com/2018/06/easily-locate-pauls-prayers/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+LogosBibleSoftwareBlog+%28Logos+Bible+Software+Blog%29

Logos 7 showed highlights from one Interleaner Bible in another. Does anyone know how to turn on the same feature in Logos 8? -john

Somebody please help me. I use the M'Cheyene Reading plan start date Jan 1, CSB Translation. I have a Layout named Daily Devotions which has CSB and two other translations along with commentaries and my prayer notes. I try to read through a different translation each year so CSB is NOT my top prioritized Bible nor do I send my hyperlinks to it. But

I had posted on this elsewhere and stumbled on this elegant solution. Thanks for posting. I hope the Wiki's will contain this information too.

Click on those three little dots at the far right top of the Library Panel. You will see "Prioritize Resources" near the bottom of the drop down menu. Drag resources into the Prioritization panel and order them as you like. https://www.logos.com/advanced-training/logos5/windows/prioritize

I am a dinosaur! In Logos 4, 5, 6 and 7 I used Notes more like a journal. I had a Note document for each year creatively named "2016," "2017," etc. I would either write a note or copy and paste something from a resource. Now I can't find my notes because Note titles don't exist in Logos 8. Can anyone help me find my notes? I already "Set Prefer Notes

I don't anchor notes to my Bible or any resources (except Highlighting which is associated with the resource highlighted). The anchoring feature, key to many users, is in the way for me. I would like Notes to be like an open Word document where I can cut and paste or save clippings from open resources or add notes of my own. Later I could find that
