Can notes be downloaded to the ipad so they are available when working offline? I use my ipad when traveling for sermon and devotional work.

  • Re: How DO I Move My Entire Logos to a Different Hard Drive

Thanks Dave - after replacing my 64g ssd with a 128, and transferring Logos back to my C drive (the ssd) Logos is much more responsive (especially notes) Thanks to all for the help with this project.

  • Notes from Logos 4 to 3

Is it possible to export notes to Logos 3? I deleted my Logos 3 (libronix) folder sometime ago, now realize I should have kept it - I did transfer my note files to 4. Looking for a quick way to restore my notes in Libronix.

Had a similar problem yesterday - contacted tech support and was passed on to level 2 support. The tech (who was patient and persistent and polite) tried a number of things and finally deleted my NIV. Logos runs now, sans NIV. He said he will get back to me when he figures out the problem.

  • Re: larger ssd

Thank you all for the input and suggestions. the Forum continues to encourage me and make Logos 4 a more effective tool for my sermon prep and study of the Word. It looks as if swapping out an SSD is neither as pricey nor as daunting as I had thought. Thanks again to all, and may God richly bless you as you study and share His Word. Rick

Budget of around $300. (for parts) I have seen Crucial 256 SSD on Amazon for 320. I don't know how easy an install that would be in my Toshiba. I would call Crucial first. 128 is $163 on Amazon. If the cost went to high i would start saving for a Mac desktop.

  • larger ssd

I have a great laptop system for Logos (i7 processor, 16G ram, 64 G SSD, 500 G 7200 RPM SATA secondary, 1G video ram, WIndows 7)) with one drawback - Toshiba installs the operating system and other stuff on the ssd rather than the other hard drive (7200 500g SATA). I want to replace the 64 G SSD with a 120 or larger. A tech at Geek Squad told me that

  • Re: Fully offline app

My wife gave me an iPad2 to keep me from hauling my 17" laptop around. In addition to traveling by air and car I will be using it overseas (Haiti, Madagascar, Ethiopia) where there is no wifi and cell reception is limited or prohibitively expensive
