I believe that there is a way to add your own writing (i.e. self-published book) to your personal Logos Library. Could someone give me step-by-step instructions as to how to go about doing this? Additionally, is there any limit on the number of pages that the writing can have? For example, my book is 376 pages in Word manuscript format.

Can someone please tell me how I go about doing a search for a passage that I don't have the precise words for, but know it only in part? For example: if I were looking for where "for God so loved the world that He gave His only......" is located, but all I can remember of the passage is something like: "God loved the earth so very much" - is there

Would someone please explain to me how I can create a hyperlink in a Word Document (on a Mac) which links to a page in a Logos 4 resource? I can do it on a PC but it does not seem to work on a Mac. Thanks for your help.

I have heard for the past two years that we will have the ability to select a particular note that we have created and the note file will open on that specific note. This feature, which works well on a PC, is not available on the Mac computers. When a specific note is selected on a Mac, the file opens to the first page of the note file rather than on

Could someone please tell me how I can save a bookmark location in one of my books on a Mac. It seems like on a PC I could just drag and drop it into the "Bookmarks" at one of the 1 thru 9 locations. That doesn't seem to work on a Mac. Maybe I just don't know how to do it. Thanks for the help. Tom

Can someone update me on the status of "note files" on the Mac? I have been hearing for about a year now that Logos is supposed to be working to correct the way that notes are accessed on a Mac. When you right click on a created note you are taken to the first page of the note file rather than to the specific note that you selected. Then you are left

I have identified this very same problem regarding the notes function-ability for the Mac and I have yet to receive an answer as to when the Mac version of "notes" will function as the Windows version. I finally purchased NoteBook to keep my notes in. It's a great program and gets the job done for me, but I still miss the convenience of clicking on

When an existing note is selected for reading or editing (clicked on), the first page of the note file that contains the selected note comes up rather than the specific note itself. When the note file is particularly large, it means that all of the notes in that file have to be scrolled through in order to find the specific note selected. This is impractical

Does anyone have an update as to when we will be able to click on a specific note and have that specific note open up instead of defaulting to the first page of the note file? This is a real problem on the Mac. In the PC version when you select a specific note the note file will open up to the specific note selected. In the Mac version, when you click

Apparently it is recognized that there is a problem in Logos 4 for Macs in accessing selected notes. When you select (click on) any selected note that has been created, the note file opens but it defaults to the beginning of the note page RATHER than pulling up the selected note. There is no problem on a PC in selecting a specified note and the note

I just completed a successful download of Logos 4 on a new Mac computer. Previously I have been operating on PCs. I notice that when I left click on a selected note icon (flag), the note file is brought up, but not the specific note that I have selected. The note file that comes up always defaults to the first page of the note file and so I have to

Just wanted to know if Logos 4 can be installed on an iPad? I so, will you have access to your entire library from the iPad. Thanks, Tom

Thanks so much, Kevin. You guys are soooooo smart. It works! It works! I appreciate the tip. I figured there must be some way to do it - I just needed someone smarter than me. Thanks again, Tom [<:o)]

Could anyone tell me how to hyperlink a reference within my notes to a specific location (i.e. exact page) of a selected resource book contained in my Logos Library of books? In other words, if I create a note for example in Matthew 7:12, how can I hyperlink a reference within that note to a specific page within a resource book that is contained in

In Logos 3 hyperlinking seemed a simple process. I could select a particular page of a resource that I wanted to hyperlink to - select "copy location to clipboard" - and then go back to my document (ie. Word document), highlight the selected text, select ctrl K, then ctrl V, and that would give me a completed hyperlink. Does Logos 4 have this feature

Just wondering if there is any update as to the progress of note transferring from L3 to L4? The last I heard a few weeks ago is that there was to be another beta testing. Any estimate now? Boy, we sure need this to happen. Thanks

I was wondering if anyone had an update on when the notes and highlighting transfer from L3 to L4 might be ready in final form? Thanks

Can someone give me any hope for getting our notes and highlights from resources in Logos 3 transferred over to L4? I have been hearing for months now - "just a few more days" "just a couple of weeks" " and so on, yet nothing seems to come from it. Is this function really ever going to be available - and if so, does anyone have an accurate date that

Thank you for the information. I'm eagerly awaiting this very important feature and I believe that there are many others who are just as anxious. Tom

Does anyone have any information as to when we will be able to transfer our notes and highlights in Logos 3 over to Logos 4? Thanks, Tom
