Brother Mark, Thanks for the idea. I was wondering if Logos was set up to handle that process? Perhaps within your Logos profile, you could specify the name of the intended future recipient as a confirmation. If Logos did not want to become involved, the information provided would only be for confirmation to an existing and legal will (not in any way

Does Logos provide a way to register an organization or person who could be able to obtain your library (a way to transfer your library to another person) as part of a will or other such procedure? It might be nice to specify something to that effect in the license agreement that if you signed up (optional), you could donate your library to: 1. A person

Michael, Perhaps you already know this, but I saw this on the beta page notes: Q: Where is the NIV? Logos is working with Zondervan to make the NIV available on mobile devices. Blessings, Chris

Tried uninstalling and re-installing? Enough free space? Tried moving to your SD card, if not already? Tried clearing the cache and user data in Manage Applications? Those are a few thoughts... hope that helps Blessings, Chris

Kevin, Thanks for the detailed info. Looking forward to seeing the update for it soon. Blessings, Chris

In Morris Proctor's most recent blog about the use of prioritizing The Exhaustive Dictionary of Bible Names , I was wondering if it would be possible to get this resource to appear within the Biblical People window. It would seem a really appropriate place for it to reside. Any other people have an idea of how to do this? I would rather keep my other

Thanks for the insights Dave! Much appreciated.

Does anyone know of a way to search for Bible translations where the word is an inserted word which is not part of the original language. For instance, the NKJV uses the word "of" in Gen 2:7 just after man and the word is italicized. Is there a way I could do a search for italicized words in the NKJV to see other times where the word of has been inserted

I use L4 during classes and have found the following format workable. The following screenshot is taking up half of my screen so that I have the other half of the laptop screen running Word for note taking, outlines, etc. In regards to L4, I like to have the Info window in use with prioritized lexicons in the Library to give quick info by simply hovering

Dominck, Not altogether sure of your question, but I'll give it a try... I just installed Natural Reader and the free version doesn't install the voices into the system, it only provides an application that will play the voices through their own application. It didn't install the voices into the system. My guess is the paid version would do this...

Thanks Nicky. It definitely ends up being a solution that I may have to return to doing as this was the way I used function in version 3. I was wondering if there might be a new way to do things in L4. Does anyone know if there such a thing as noted in my original post available in L4 for side-by-side (or multi-window) environments? Thanks!

A suggestion for a shortcut which might be helpful as an override (perhaps there is already one and I could not find it in my searches), would be to have a CTRL + (click on a link) to have an override of the current opening of a resource in a tab particular to a specific tab group window. For instance, right now, tabs open in different windows other

Thanks Mark! I gave it a try and it did appear to complete. I will need to spend some time evaluating, but it looks like the most important file I was looking for has been brought over. Thanks again for your help. :-) Chris

Mark, Thanks for the response and information. As I was reading your message and another one posted about this process, it sounds like the preparation process is optional, but recommended. Is this correct? The reason being is that I am trying to conserve hard drive space on a netbook and re-install of 3.0g may increase my space usage by making updates

I have a set of libronix files which contain notes, passage lists, and prayer lists backed up on a different volume and I don't have libronix 3.0g installed any longer on the machine. Can I import these into 4.0? If so, how? I tried the Import All command and I didn't see anything happen. Also, I have various volumes and different versions of backups

As I'm starting to create a note file that currently contains all the notes I write in one single note file (including comments, issues, and everything) all in one single note file. Before my current note files becomes large, I am wondering if these items might be helpful to know in advance: 1. Is there a benefit to having all your notes in one file

You are not alone in this. I am looking for a solution as well. :-) All you need to do is scroll down the page... then scroll back up. In order to get your markings to appear again, you need to make a new mark on the page and voila, they return... Right now, I use as primary the NKJV and I am using 3.0g Libronix. Anyone with solutions or trial attempt

I have begun to use the notes feature as a journal and find that it is helpful to have within the software because it keeps it all right there and the references can all be automatically added with the click of a button and automatically hyperlinked. To use the built-in notes, I've begun experimenting notes with a title in date format of 20100517 (for
