I have several of these that have long ago been released to Marketing. None are showing up yet in my Library, so I think we may still be a ways off from reality.
I'm sorry they are not showing up. I've sent another email to try and get some more information about the status of these resources for you.

Reading through your logs didn't reveal anything obvious that is causing the problem. I've passed this information on to our mac developers. Can you recall anything specific you were doing when this crash happened? Ryan
Thanks for responding - but I don't see the behaviour you are describing
I'm seeing the same thing you're seeing. I'll investigate and write up a case to get this corrected (I know group reading plans should behave as all reading plans seem to be right now.)
I used to be able to select a single translation of the Bible to search but recently I can't seem to do this. I just sits there as if it is trying to look up names of the Bibles that I have but they never show up (see below).
Are you still seeing this behavior? If so please post logs and we'll take a look. For reference:
Any news on when we will get access to the other video resources i?
I don't have access to a schedule but I have asked and will post back when I find a schedule.
Are we going to be allowed to download these for offline use (such as on long distance/international flights) ?
In Windows 7/8 the resources can be downloaded for later offline playback. On the Mac we do not support offline playback though we are investigating that support for audio resources so it might be possible
1. At this point I am assuming only the Greatest Book Video Series has been updated to the new video format and made available to users ? I have a number of the Cross-TV video books also in L3 which I haven't yet seen download into L4.
I can't say for sure exactly which products have been fully tested and released

Thanks for pointing this out. We'll get a case written up so it gets fixed.

I'm sorry you're having problems with this resource. I'm sure it's not much consolation but I did just play the video you show in your screenshot (I didn't play the full video but played several seconds of it).
appreciate any help or pointers how to solve this problem
One thing to try is downloading the video

Thanks for pointing this out. It will be fixed in a future build (I'm not sure that the fix will make it in time for 5.0a) In the meantime (if you really need this to work)... Changing the navigate option from article to verse will fix this problem (and some other options will make it even worse ).

We are aware of this. Save as passage list will be available in 5.0a.
True, and I wish either God or Logos would tell me.
Well, I'm certainly not God but I am "Logos" (if by Logos you mean a developer who worked on Audio resources for 5.1). What I know: NA28 should not play using the Greek Audio on any platform/build/computer. The crash when trying to play audio using "Start Reading

I've done some investigation and posted some information about this at: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/73077/510830.aspx#510830
When/If the resource will be updated to allow playing of the Audio for NA28.
Well, that was fast. The resource information looks like it's already been updated to indicate that it supports read aloud. I believe a quit/relaunch of the software will get it updated and you should be able to read aloud (I expect this to work

Don, Are you running any web traffic monitoring applications? I have noticed that when playing the videos with fiddler open I tend to run into the issue you're seeing. What's actually going on here is a timeout issue. The time between requesting the video and actually getting it is much longer than expected so we give up. I'd love to see your web cache
-
This is an issue with the resource. We are working on a resolution and will release an update for the resource when it's available.
BTW, even though Anna was currently reading when I clicked the box, it showed that Marv was still the narrator.
This was a design decision. The selected narrator is your preferred reader. At times when we must fall back to OS narration we do not want to change your preference so we still show your selection. In the
Is there any update on this problem? Thanks!
I'm sorry, I was out until this morning and have been unable to give this issue a lot of my time. In looking at your WebCache information I would expect you to be able to play the videos (given that most of them claim to be fully downloaded). Can you play videos from the Faithlife

I wish I could tell you exactly what it takes to get this working. Unfortunately I don't know what that is. If you don't mind a little trial and error I'm willing to keep going until we find a solution (hopefully we can even get some reproducible steps in case others have this same issue). I did a little searching and found this site: http://www.ehow
