  • Re: EDITING MY TOP BIBLES

I checked off each of my prioritized Bibles' visual filters and it worked. Thank you.

  • Re: EDITING MY TOP BIBLES

Maybe I didn't explain myself clearly. Before Logos 8 came into the picture, there was a fixture in Logos 7 that allowed me to create my own Top Bibles when using visual filters. I used to use this fixture and was able to apply my new visual filter only to my "Top Bibles", or "all Bibles." or, only to my "Preferred Bible. I'd like to know how can I

  • Re: EDITING MY TOP BIBLES

I don't understand. I did what you said, but it didn't tell me anything about how to edit/add/ or delete bibles from my TOP BIBLES. My question has nothing to do with prioritizing Bibles.

  • EDITING MY TOP BIBLES

Does anyone know how to edit/add/remove Bibles from my Top Bibles? Where do I go to do that? Thanks,

  • Re: MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO "SURFACE PEN"

I own a Surface 6 pro, but I don't get to use my pen on my Logos Bible (s) unless I use "Canvas." My pen works on Word, Note, and on Windows Ink Workspace, which in my opinion does not help me at all. During a personal study, I would like to be able to create a circle around a word, underline phrases, make up arrows, connecting words, etc. Where? Right

Finally, a response that I can understand! I will keep it in mind when the NASB20 comes up after Logos does all it needs to do. . Thank you so much for your help.

I was responding to someone else who was asking something separate from this discussion. I should've ignored the question since it has created more confusion. Anyway, I will call the help-desk and see if the are willing to help. Thank you for your help,

  • Re: NASB 2020

Reuben, please take a look at the screenshot above. The note from the NRSV is exactly the same as the other two. (from verse 5). Verse 6 has three notes also. So, whatever notes I have in my NASB, it duplicates or triplicates (not all them) in the parallel bible when corresponding notes are used.

Thank you David. I will follow up with your advice, but I would like to tell you that I do not use the ESV and I have yet to read it or create notes from it. I simply used the ESV as a prime example that no matter what translation I choose through the the corresponding notes filter, the notes are duplicated or triplicated throughout. I did not copied

  • Re: NASB 2020

Thank you JT, but I have done all that you are suggesting before, but my issue is that when I checked off the corresponding notes in the NKJV, the same notes repeated 2, 3 or 4 times throughout the translation. Please see the screenshot below and take note of verse 3 in the ESV shows twice (the exact same note) on that verse.

You are correct; it takes too long and is not practical. I need to learn how to do that. Thanks,

I created the highlights through the "Visual filter Docs" to emphasize the importance that Jesus Christ plays in the book of Ephesians.

JT, I will give you an example of I was trying to tell you: Let's say that I create a note in the ESV in Heb. 1:3, if I choose to, I can highlight my created note and click copy. Afterwards, I go to a different translation, find Heb. 1:3, create a blank note and then paste what I wrote in the original note from the ESV. In your opinion, is there anything

  • Re: NASB 2020

Fred, I have 26,000 notes on my NASB. My intention was to switch to the NKJV and make it my preferred bible; however, I didn't want to start all over again with new notes and leave my 26,000 origiinal notes behind on my NASB. Now, since there is a filter called "corresponding notes, why not do it. otherwise, why is it there? When I spoke to a Logos

  • Re: NASB 2020

JT, I did not copy or highlighted anything. the filter did it automatically once I checked off the appropriate box n the translation that appears on the right. Once I remove the check mark, it will disappear. By the way, I purposely blocked out all subtitles in the NT since none are inspired. ;-)

Dave, I don't quite understand what you are asking me to do (see my screenshot above if that is what you mean). Below you will see a screenshot of Eph 1 from my preferred bible (NASB) with all the accompanied notes I made throughout the years,
