  • Re: New Bugs in Notes

I hate the default note that Logos has imposed on all logos customers. My choice for my preferred font is "Mirror", a font that I love and have been using it for quite a number of years. The issue that I have is that I was told by one Customer Service representative that the techs were working on the problem, yet I just went through an update, but apparently

  • Logos 8 recent update to 8.2.0. 0015 and Font Notes Format

Hi guys: I don't know if you noticed, but since my last upgrade (01/22/2019), my font notes format has been changed to a generic one. I tried to change it to another font of my choice but the generic one keeps popping up on all my notes. I could change it one by one, but since I have thousands of notes, that's not feasible. In my opinion, I prefer my

  • Re: LOGOS 7 NOTES

Thank you. I'm beginning to understand what you are saying, but I preferred the old way where I could pull my Study notes on Matthew through docs. One last questions, my notes are coming up with an icon that it is not my preferred choice. How do I make "black star" as my default icon? Logos 7 allowed for that, but I can't see it on Logos 8. The last

  • LOGOS 7 NOTES

Hi everybody: When I had Logos 7, I had note file that I had created for each book of the bible. For example, for the book of Exodus, I had a file called "Gleanings on Exodus', for the book of Matthew, "Gleanings on Matthew", etc, etc. Since I had a note file for each book of the Bible, all I had to do was type on docs "Gleanings on Matthew" and it

  • DAILY BIBLE READING

Hello, my friends, When I used Logos 7, I had my personal Bible reading plans with my chosen personal preferred translation. On the left hand side of my main page, I had my highlighting panel which was ready for me to use it to underline, etc. Nothing more. In logos 8, my different reading plans have been replaced by cards which is not a big deal (I

  • Text Comparison and Interlinear usage

HI guys, I have two questions for the experts, 1) Does anyone know what happened to the button that was next to the visual filter? When I clicked on it, it opened a panel of the bottom of my screen with the proper definition of each word in the original language. All I had to do was hover over a particular word the chapter I was reading and instantly

  • Logos Now

Hello: I used to be part of the "Logos Now" subscription for $99.99 a year. If I subscribe again, will it enable me to get a full upgrade to Logos 8? I'm not looking to add additional books to my library. As a second alternative, would it better just to get the full upgrade now without ordering extra books? By the way, I couldn't find the link anywhere

  • Adding notes on Logos 8 by book

Hi, I haven't purchased the logos 8 upgrade yet, but I"m curious to know how my notes will be incorporated into the new workflow. For example, through the years I created a specific note file for every book of the bile. For example, for the book of Hebrews, I created a note file called "Gleanings on Hebrews." This file alone holds hundreds of notes

A personal book commentary? That's a new one for me. If you don't mind asking you, how do I do that? By the way, you have been an incredible help for me to understand some things. God bless,

I guess I have to learn how to save notes some other way. What I have been doing is highlighting one passage or one verse, add a personal note to it or copy and past part of a commentary that explains what the passage means. I use a specific icon that let's me see immediately what I have written as soon as I hover over it. However, I have notes on one

No, I'm not attempting to do anything. All I did is go to the Apple Store, find Faithlife and downloaded it, but it appears that all my resources are available (2,858) even though I have not downloaded anyone of them. Like I said in my previous post, I can access anyone of my resources by simply typing it on my library.

What I noticed is that all my resources are available even though have not downloaded them to my iPad. If I pick one that I have not downloaded, and search for it, it immediately comes up.

Look, all I did was to get the app from the store and download it. I chose my favorite bible alongside with Faithlife Commentary which was already there from my previous device that copied it to my new iPad. Once I opened my Faithlife app, I went to my resources like you have in the picture, but my application froze. I started it up again, went to my
