  • LOGOS PRO PLAN

Hi, I'm curious to know if there are other courses available besides the free LOGOS PRO PLAN ["The Study of Jonah 1:1-16" (LT271)] In one of the basic available videos for Logos 7, I saw another study that seemed to be the same kind of format. It was called, "An introduction to the Book of Galatians" by Joel L. Watts, but I cannot find it anywhere.

  • Re: Logos Cloud is here!

The idea would be for logos to tailor what the customer owns and offer him to bring him his library to a higher level as an attractive incentive. The price should not be more than a few dollars a month, otherwise it would not be profitable for the customer.

  • HP LAPTOP AND LOGOS

Hello my friends, I have had logos for over 15 years now. Right now I have logos 6, but I have an issue that help desk is either not willing to look at or don't consider it that important to fix. About a month ago, I bought a HP laptop with 12GB of Ram and 1TB of hard drive memory. As always my preferences have been to set up about 15 bibles and a couple

  • Notes Font

Hi, I'm having problems with my note fonts. Either my notes are too large or too small. My default size is 12. I tried in Default Setting to make it smaller but it didn't work. I also went to the panel next to "Add Note" but reducing the size of the font even one level made too small. Can someone help me to set my default size to 11? Thanks, Joseph

  • Re: LINKING A PARTICULAR COMMENTARY TO MICROSOFT WORD

My question has to do with taking an article from my Logos Commentary library, highlight it, and copy it and paste it on to Word. Then try to link it to a blank note with a word (e.g. righteousness) next to a particular verse in my preferred bible. Once this is done, the idea would be that once I click on my icon-note, Word would immediately open up

  • LINKING A PARTICULAR COMMENTARY TO MICROSOFT WORD

Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone can tell me if it would be possible to link directly an article from a Commentary from Logos with Word through a created note. I have Logos 6 and Microsoft Office which includes the latest version of Word. Thank you, Joe

  • Re: LINKING A COMMENTARY DEFINITION TO YOUR NOTES

Thank you for responding, but the response you gave was not what I was looking for. Let me give you an example and see if I can explain it better. Let's say, I'm looking for a definition of a word in the Greek. Once I find it in my logos 6 from one of my Greek Interlinear's, I realize that the article is too large to copy it into a brand new note that

  • LINKING A COMMENTARY DEFINITION TO YOUR NOTES

Hi, I kind of forgot how to link an article to my notes. For instance, Strong Greek #26 gives me the definition of "Agape." I could copy the entire article into my notes, highlight the word "agape" and create an icon next to it so that the next time I read (e.g. Philemon v:5) on agape, I just read what it means. However, in order to save space, I used

  • LINKING MAPS

Hi, I was reading Nu 33 as Moses relates Israel's journey to the Promised Land. I would love to know how to link this chapter to related maps that at least it would help me to understand in picture form the enormity of their trek and thus have a better idea what they went through. How do I do that? Thanks, Joe

  • Bibles Format

Hi, I have noticed that my NASB (my preferred bible) is one of the few translations that have a format that separates verses: Please see example below, "19 and in the place of the boil there is a white swelling or a reddish-white, bright spot, then it shall be shown to the priest; 20 and the priest shall look, and behold, if it appears to be lower than

  • Highlighting in Logos 6

Hi, I don't know if anyone has noticed that the ability to highlight in Logos 6 is not as good as Logos 5. For example, if I want to highlight a verse, it doesn't allow me to be picky because it captures more than what I really want. In the example below, if i want to highlight these two verses, Logos will not allow me to highlight from the letter

  • Re: EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE EXCLUSIVELY FOR LOGOS FOR MAC

Thank you for your input. I solved the problem by simply turning my Mac into Windows using bootcamp. I upped my computer's ram to 8 gb for $45.00 (2x4GB) and gave Windows 320gb hardrive memory after I removed every program that I don't need from Mac. Mac has now 180 while windows has 320...

I have a MacPro with 500 gb of hardrive memory. Logos for Mac never worked well in this computer. The only things I have installed is Parallels 6, Microsoft Office for Mac and a couple of minor programs. I'm thinking of taking Parallel out and try it out this way...

  • EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE EXCLUSIVELY FOR LOGOS FOR MAC

My issue is the following: I have a 6 gb of Ram in my Mac but I wasn't happy with the way Logos worked because there was no enough memory to allow me to read all my Passage guides (I have an extensive library) or my commentaries and greek dictionaries. If I remember correctly parts of of it were missing or fragmented. So, I took logos out and gave the
