I'm using Logos 6 on a Mac with Yosemite. When I add a new folder in Favorites, I want to rename the folder to reflect the contents. Sometimes I can do this and sometimes I can't. I have tried a right-click on "New Folder" to select Rename but I can't type a new name. The name "New Folder" just disappears from the screen and when I click elsewhere,

Thank you. I didn't know if it was a bug or not. I'll re-post this.

I think this is a bug but not sure so I wanted some input. I'm using Logos 6 on a Mac with Yosemite. When I add a new folder in Favorites, I want to rename the folder to reflect the contents. Thanks, too! Great topic.

Dylan, thank you very much. The update did it. No crash this time. I will remember to check that download link if I have problems again. Thanks for your patience and for your help. God's blessings to you for 2015. Kathy
If you open the download link you were given when ordering Logos 6, it will download the most recent version (SR-5), which should solve the problem for you. I believe the link would be in your confirmation email, and accessible from your order history at logos.com? (Correct me if I'm wrong on that).
Thanks, Dylan

I continue to have this problem. I emailed tech support yesterday (I didn't have time to sit on the phone) but haven't heard back. My Mac crashes whenever I allow Logos 6 to open to the home page. I've used the CMD key while opening Logos 6 which has allowed me to use the program offline but obviously this is a short-term fix. Any one have any other

I'm having the same problem this morning on a Mac. Logos 6 has crashed at least 7 times. It can play the music, start to open the home page, and then crash. I've rebooted but that didn't help either. I'm not an experienced as you are but have copied the last crash report if that would be helpful to someone. (Not going to post it yet in case it's of

Thank you as well. Another good idea.

I am not a student of Hebrew (maybe someday!) but one of my Bibles used in a study is the NRSV with lemma/Strong's numbers shown. I am studying the book of Ruth and would like to know how many times in the book (and maybe OT) that some words occur. For example, I know that swb (Strong's calls it shub ) is important in the first chapter of Ruth. How
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas. Logos has been a wonderful part of my faith studies over the years and I appreciate it. Many Blessings in Christ Jesus to you all, and many more in the years to come. Thanks, Anthony
Totally agree. Thank you! Merry Christmas.
Try opening both documents side by side and drag one clipping to another document
thanks. That works. It'll be a little slow but better going back to the original documents and clipping to a new document. I was hoping for some kind of merge function but maybe that's not there. Thanks!

I created clippings documents for sections of the book of John but would now, in hindsight, prefer they were in one clippings document - still within Logos. Is there a way to do that? Thanks!
This in included in both the chaplains bundle and the pastoral care and counselling bundle. So I would recommend looking at your dynamic pricing and budget before buying the Hope for the HeRt Library as it will be cheaper as part of one of those packages.
Great ideas. I'm excited to see what I have and

Rosie, thank you! I needed this information. This should help a lot. Kathy

Thanks for the ideas on new resources. I'm definitely going to check into those for my library. I was asking for help to search my own library first to see what I have before I add more. Thanks for all the ideas!
Try searching your library for "tag:counseling"
Thank you! I didn't know about "tag."

I am not a pastor or chaplain so haven't pursued these resources before. But God is pushing me a bit that direction and I'm looking at the Chaplain bundle. Before I do that, I'd like to know what resources I currently have in my own library and group them into Favorites. Is there a way to search for those type resources? I tried Subject:counseling and
sometimes if I scroll too fast, I would also lose the bottom part of my Notes. Few times while I was in speaking engagement, I forgot that I had 2-3 more notes on the bottom on my Note. The reason was because it was missing while I was speaking. And I was pale and dead up there, not knowing where my Notes have gone. After many experiences
