Still waiting for Logos to fix this problem with Favorites, with some degree of frustration and disappointment that it is taking so long. Can someone with authority from Logos tell us why this is the case and/or what is being done to rectify the problem?

  • Favorites Opening Fully Expanded

Whenever I: Open Logos with a saved layout that has a Favorites tab Open another saved layout with a Favorites tab Add a Favorites tab to a layout ...the Favorites tab is fully expanded. In other words, every level, sub-level, etc. is opened, requiring me to close each level in order to navigate quickly to a particular item. Has anyone else had this

  • Re: TSK Scripture References in Logos 7

Thank you for your reply! Perhaps I should mention that I am using the Mac version (10.11.6) of Logos 7. Thank you for reminding me with your response(s) that I also have The New Treasury Of Scripture Knowledge in my Logos library. I am happy to report that it works just fine. The problem remains with the original version of TSK.

  • TSK Scripture References in Logos 7

Purchased Logos 7 yesterday and now the scripture references in... Blayney, B., Scott, T., & Torrey, R. A. with Canne, J., Browne. (n.d.). The Treasury of Scripture knowledge . London: Samuel Bagster and Sons. ...no longer show the full text of the scriptures when the cursor hovers over the verse references. Is anyone else experiencing this? Can
I'm not sure what's happening here. But the short answer is: You can rebuild the index by typing rebuild index in the command box. That is, if rebuilding the index is the answer. I'm on the way out the door so perhaps someone else will chime in on the results.
Rebuilding the index worked. Thanks!

  • When indexing has not worked properly

With installing Logos 6, evidently the indexing process was not completely properly. Here is a screen shot of the results in searching for "prayer" in a library with nearly 5,000 resources: Is there a problem with indexing in Logos 6? Or is there some way I can re-index my resources?
I ran a search for grace on my theological journal library. The drop down brought up grace-topic, grace-noun and grace. The topic works for dictionary type resources, the noun for bible sense and just grace works for a text search. I suspect you chose the topic and ran a search on non-dictionary resources. Smart search is helpful
