  • Re: Resources on Covenants

The Messianic Bible Study Collection, by Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum, has an excellent resource that I've taught from many times. It's called "The Eight Covenants of the Bible." He has other material in his book entitled "Israelology." Hope this helps. George

Does anyone know if the yearly Torah readings can or have been incorporated into the lectionary? It seems that I remember this in Libronix. Thanks in advance. George

  • Re: Church discipline

Hi Francis, Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum, in his Messianic Bible Study Collection has written an entire chapter in Manuscript #106. This is definitely the best I've ever read: V. Church Discipline A. The Necessity and Categories Requiring Discipline B. The Procedure for Church Discipline—Matthew 18:15–20 C. The Forms of Discipline D. The Practice of Church

  • Re: ESV Study Bible not Linking on Biblia

Hi Andrew, I just tried it on my computer and had the Believer's Study Bible set to Ezekiel 36:1 and hit the double arrows to "link panels" and nothing happened...until I went over to the ESV and typed in Ezekiel 36:1 at the top of the ESV and it began working. It doesn't seem to jump like "4" does, though. Have a good day. George

Hey Todd, That is an incredible shot! If I had that on my computer, I'd have to change it, because I wouldn't get much done.

Excellent, Dr. Fruchtenbaum's manuscript on prayer agrees with the importance of keeping verse 18 in context of Church discipline. George

  • Re: Morphologocial Search for a Noun with the Definite Article

I got 6 results by using syntax search as follows: Under search, select syntax search, all passages, and Cascadia Syntax Graphs of the New Testament. To the right of "Cascadia Syntax Graphs... there is another drop down menu entitled Query. Select "Query" and then "English Prepositional Object" from the list. Then in the search box type "the faith"

Excellent idea, Jerry. Don't forget about Israelology since about 5/6'ths of the Bible is written about Israel. Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum did his doctoral thesis on Israelology and can be found in the Ariel Ministry collection through logos: http://www.logos.com/products/details/3034 Keep up the good work!

Hi Floyd, Our choir sang the National Anthem at the local Manatees game in Viera, Florida. I was hoping to get some comments, however, none came. Sooner or later God will open up the opportunity to start a Logos users group, that's what I'm looking forward to. Is that why you're not smiling :) Be blessed, George Haven

If you do a search of either "Ariel Ministries" or "Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum" you will find one of the greatest collections available. His writing is clear, concise, and understandable for the tremendous scholar that he is. He's been a friend and mentor for over 10 years and I continue to learn more and more about the Scriptures from a 1st century Jewish
