David, I have most of the L3 book files, if you can tell what you need I will try and send it to you.
I appreciate that...however, is there any way to get the files to be recognized as unlocked? I downloaded most of the files for Anchor Bible (which I can access in L7), but I couldn't get them recognized as unlocked

Well, add them to the list of organizations who will never get a penny from me. You can't even contact them without forking over all of your personal information. Not in Logos? NOT ON MY RADAR.

I have a smattering of hard copies of the magazine. I would like to see this made available in Logos format (again?).

I find that HALOT rarely adds anything...uniquely helpful info less than 1% of the time. On the other hand, it's absolutely chock full of references to arcane German resources, if that floats anybody's boat.

  • Re: Hebrew Audio Bible - Another Appeal

I"m glad people want to make an effort where Hebrew is concerned. I tried to learn it on my own, but the learning curve was too steep for a variety of reasons (right-to-left, similarities of characters, vowel point system, gutterals, 'aleph & `ayin, etc.), so I ended up taking a two-semester course in BH to help me. I was over the hump by the second
Not theologizing too much, but my take (not necessarily correct), is that 'the poor' had it right. I'm referring to James, the brothers, and the elders. I don't know of any monographs off the top of my head (although it's quite possible I own some pertinent hard copy items on this subject I haven't gotten to read yet). However, if you will do as broad a search on "the name of God", "tetragrammaton", and the like in your Logos library, you may (depending on the resources you own) find dictionaries and

I'm not sure my system is the most effective (in terms of handling thematically gathered material), and it certainly isn't one that most people will be able to emulate. The main reason is because I use L3 for all of my "note-taking", though I have come to wish the Notes function in L3 had been called "presentation inserts" or the like...because that

I'm not sure you CAN still install L3 any longer. All of the L3-related servers have been shuttered, so you can't sync it, or do anything else with it as far as I know unless you already have it installed. I bought a new drive and mirrored my old HDD with Vista and IE7 (the Explorer version that works best with L3) so that I have a backup. You can back
