Hello Hamilton: I honestly was not speaking about anyone. I wasn't referring to anyone. I was reading the above, had a bit of a sick feeling in my stomach over what sometimes seems like "headiness" of the Christian faith, and then realized that I was content not understanding it. That led to my epiphany, and I shared it. That simple. I think studying

Can I just share an epiphany I had? I am DEAD SERIOUS about this. It literally JUST hit me right between the eyes for the first time in my life. Here it is. I have always believed that wisdom and knowledge are good things---more is great. "Knowledge is power," yada, yada, yada. Well, I've decided that God is SO good to me. He has protected me from too

It even lets you pick the format (Turabian, Chicago, etc..), why if it is not correctly formatted?
An absolute must - currently very inconsistent. Shalom
I second

Hello Dan: Thanks for posting the portion of the commentary for review. I don't want to elaborate too much on it, as I fear we will not see eye to eye and take the conversation in a direction that is outside of this forum's permissible discussions. (I TRY to follow the rules... :) ) I just wanted to clarify that I didn't say (or mean to give the impression

From the review and information, it doesn't look like something I'd be interested in. I never like when a biblical commentary takes a specific approach to gender or ethnicity. Reading Hebrews from a feminist perspective is no more appealing to me than reading Hebrews from a non-feminist perspective. My point is that original readers didn't read it from

Cynthia here. You know me--the nagging voice that pops up every now and then to ask a question (usually about how to search for something), or to rally for "the little guy." I HONESTLY don't know where to start. Well, I take that back---I do. Let me start by saying that while I'm sure many people can (and possibly will), come on this thread and speak

Hello Bob: I'm just a lackey at our church, but we are a very large church of over 20,000 people who worship at something like 11 campuses. I know that when I teach, our church prefers Pro Presenter (BIG learning curve) and has really been pushing all teaching leaders to switch from power point to pro-presenter. Leaders and layman have access to online
I'm a little fuzzy as to what you are trying to accomplish, as a Visual Filter will only use your highlighting palettes/styles. But it seems that a Visual Filter will retain a style if it is no longer in the Highlighting tool. To recreate that palette/style, you would have to guess its attributes from its appearance. Or did
