Hi Gerard and Shawn, Can you send us logs of the behavior? We're trying to track down the cause, but needs logs to do so. The link below has instructions for reporting a problem like this. Thanks! https://www.logos.com/support/bible/iOS/report-problem

A case is being written up to add Sermon to the context menu when right-clicking an image in the Media tool.
-
I do have a sermon file open but I still don't see the option.
Ctrl+Drag from the Media Tool should work, but there is no option to send to sermon from the context menu in the Media tool. The send to option is in the menu toolbar.
-
holding down the control key and right clicking on the image, still does not show me the "send to sermon" option.
You shouldn't have to right-click to bring the option up in the context menu. Holding Control/Command is just for the drag and drop feature. You're example is from the Media tool, and I too am

Can you start Logos with logging enabled over night, and post logs in the morning? Windows | https://www.logos.com/support/windows/report-problem
-
Be sure you are holding Ctrl/CMD (win/mac) for this to work. Dropping it will create an image slide in the body.
-
Your download between time is restricted from 1am to 7am. Logos must be open, and the computer can't already be asleep for it to download updates between those times.
-
Thanks Tommy! I got it working now!
Great to hear, Roger. have a great rest of your day.
-
Done tried that. Doesn't work. Logos still doesn't open
Deleting the Logos4 folder will also fix the problem. This will cause a redownload and reindex.
-
Follow the rest of the instructions for solution 2 here https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/crash .
-
Dont have that. Only way I can get to "Library" is by "Go To Folder"...
It doesn't look like you're holding the Option key, Roger. If you hold that key down it should look like the first image under solution 2 here https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/crash
-
Ugh. Thanks for having my back. Just an update, and I'm updating the article now, if you already see your user account in the permissions section of the information window for the Logos4 folder, click the gear icon and "Apply to enclosed items." That should force the permissions on the Logos4 folder throughout the rest of the Logos directory.

Hello Pedro, Solution 2 here should fix the problem. https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/crash
Hey Tommy, so I open the course via the course tool. Then a screen "you don't have a license to view this resource" pops up...then I hit continue to advance in the course and it crashes each time.
I thought that might be it. I've got a case with dev about this. I'll add a link to this thread.

Hi Georgi, We've got a UserVoice page you can make this suggestion on. https://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-7
Course Tool Continually Crashes while go through LA151
I'm sorry this is happening, Keith. Can you describe what you do just before the crash? We've had a report of crashing when closing panels that open when clicking an unlicensed book link (a link with a padlock next to it).

Hi Stephen, I think I might know what what sync is having problems with. Follow the instructions below and let us know what happens. Right-click the Logos icon and select "Properties". Click the "Open File Location" button. Navigate to Documents\3f5sgdmu.rsw\ Move the "VisualMarkup" folder to your desktop. Restart Logos. Post new logs if the behavior
What exactly is the interference caused by Advanced System Care?
I'm not sure. We're not the only application it negatively impacted though.
-
It seems someone else has been able to replicate this behavior with newer versions of the application. We've got a case written up for it and are investigating. Thank you for reporting it!
Two-finger scrolling rapidly (and uncontrollably) moves by pages and not lines. Running Logos 6.0.1 on Pixel w/ Oreo 8.1.0. Can you confirm you've got that installed (from home tap the button with three lines in the top-left) and
