I'd be super interested in seeing a rough video or something of what the usability is like on this...seems like a perfect world to have my logos books on e-ink. Any Nook Touch root users who could do something like this for others to see?

[quote user="Floyd Johnson"] The following questions are addressed specifically to the lay members of the forums. This was the specific request made within the group from which it came. I have just received a dare from a group of pastors to which I belong to ask a couple of simple questions: What is one characteristic of good preaching? And, what is

Ron, it looks like there's a technical issue preventing the Infographics from showing up on mobile devices. We're working on figuring it out and will keep you posted. Thanks again for asking!

MJD and George, Would you two please take this somewhere else? It's a shame when such acrimony takes root...especially when it then spills over into other threads. It's not necessary, and I believe it's something the rest of the forum users would prefer doesn't characterize this community. Thanks!

  • Textual Criticism resources by Eta Linnemann

When I was in seminary, I was struck by both the potential value of textual criticism as well as the fact that the field is almost entirely comprised of theological liberals (used denotative, not in a slamming, negative sense). It was intriguing to come across Eta Linnemann in my studies in that she is a top-tier academic in the field (Rudolf Bultmann

For those who don't "do Twitter," you may not have any idea how often this will be a recurring issue. One of the best ways to catch different sneak peeks, find social media sales, etc. is to "do Twitter"...seriously. You don't have to use Twitter heavily, follow all sorts of people, or give out any personal information. In fact, you don't even have

I wonder if this has something to do with logging in on the apps, or something else along those lines....I just checked it out on an Android phone and the Expositor's Bible Commentary showed up.

Scott, you're right: can't hurt to ask. I'm not a tech guy, but if it works in your test, that should probably be sufficient. As I understand it, the only reason we recommend placing it before is so that the page content loads before the script is run to look for links. But again, if it works in your test, that's all that matters. Hope this helps.

Alright, so I just looked into this, and while I can't say anything about the delay or reasoning, I can say that this was coincidentally moved just last week to the top of the list for our web dev team to do. I know it may be a stretch to believe that, but, well....it's true. Thanks, Thomas, for the reminder. I just wanted to let you all know we hadn
