I've got the same issue. I wonder if you signed up for beta testing the new notes system? I noticed the problem right after I joined the beta test.

BibleArc is killing its competition with simple and powerful grammar and discourse analysis tools, and the lack of arcing and the poor sentence diagraming tools in Logos make me envy my BibleWorks friends. For now I'm just using BibleArc + Logos. Anything + Logos = opportunity for Logos.

Yeah. I'm having this trouble too. Its been buggy enough and the problem has existed at least one week where it is completely non-functional. We are beginning to evaluate the potential of screen sharing to a more stable platform. We love Proclaim but it isn't 100% dependable and the pricing is getting ready to go up. We'll see. We are now entering each

I upgraded Proclaim. All users have upgraded Proclaim in our group. When we chose 'New'-->'Import from PCO'-->opened the drop down menu to the list of plans--->chose the plan, it does not load the plan for import. We've verified the third party credentials and they are correct. Any suggestions? We've been working on this since yesterday morning and

Sad to see that this discussion has been here since April... err, Nov 2011, and this hasn't been implemented yet. I guess I''ll continue to slog through my 1,374 volume Perseus Collection EVERY TIME I open my library. Or in about 300 clicks I can hide them all, ten at a time.

Whenever I create a new reading plan it will not let me change the date (all must start on January 1) and it will always reset the radio button for the time period to one year. I can check another button such as XX weeks but it consistently resets to one year no matter what I choose. Any one else having this trouble? Seemed to be a problem for people

Anyone having success with FLV and/or SWF movies?

Matt, We are loving how song sequence is importing so well from PCO. Its a huge time saver! I see that PCO item descriptions and detail import into the Notes field of the Proclaim items. One of the things we were expecting/hoping for is that the content of our PCO items would import as well- PPT files for sermons, item description text in PCO (or details

Is it an issue that we are using multiple platforms (Mac and PC)? Our videos are not transcoding correctly. We create on a Mac and deliver the video through a PC and projector.
-
Scott, One of the reasons we made the move to Proclaim was its ability to transcode just about any format and import it into the line up. We have begun experiencing transcoding/encoding problems with the result that John describes. It started after the last update for us. I hope that there is a way that Logos can make sure that transcoding is very reliable

@Scott- I've voted for this feature, but is this really something that would get passed over for something like 'song editing'? A bulk image upload feature is incredibly basic. I'm surprised it wouldn't be completed already. We have the Beta on our media machine and our teams have experimented with it on a very limited basis but we are not taking Proclaim
-
Any sense as to when this may be completed? We are using Media Shout currently. Once PCO integration is in place we are all in full agreement on our media team that we are moving everything into Proclaim. We can see where this is going and we really see value it will bring in helping us deliver excellence beyond other presentation systems we've seen
-
We have a rotating set of standard formats that we put together... call it a liturgy. It would help a lot if we could design these in Proclaim. But, that said, we use Planning Center Online and I'm thinking that will be the solution to templates for us.
-
That would be excellent if all features acted across platforms.
-
We are looking for song lyric editing capability that will remain within our system. For example, adding a tag at the end of a song. We always use the tag and don't want to have to type it in/remember to type it in every time we sing the song. This also applies to the desire to sing the first chorus twice or any other song order/lyric edits we do. Is

It works so well... sweet.
-
Honestly, all three options should be available. Most of the current presentation market provides this already.
-
Any chance of being able to connect notes or resources from our Logos Libraries within Proclaim? I'm seeing maps, text, word studies... It would be awesome.
-
What would totally blow the lid off the Proclaim experience is the possibility of preaching from my iPad with notes and maintaining control over the sermon section of the presentation from the same iPad. That would be amazing.
