• copying highlighting styles to another palette

Is there a way to copy a highlighter style from one palette to another palette? This seems like a basic capability. If this feature doesn't exist, is it possible to tie this into another feature request related to highlighting instead of having to vote separately?
Well, by way of explanation, this field was added as an afterthought
I appreciate your comments and am well aware that users have been begging for this ever since L4 first came out. I have a difficult time accepting library managment as an afterthought. A product like L4 with an emphasis on large numbers of books
Whew! Open my mouth and I get a full firehose in it. Hereby shutting it again. It's not my feature to defend. Logos did it. Rant at them.
Sorry. My rant is not directed at you. I clearly don't have a good handle on proper forum discourse. Admittedly, your use of the word "afterthought" did evoke a desire to express

  • Re: PRA's for L4?

I am gratified to hear that PRA's are being considered for L4. While I'm not a heavy L3 user like many on this forum, I consider PRA's one of the best ways to direct and organize my Bible research. Not all books are equally valuable (and each of us have our own priority lists). This along with customizable right-click keylinks are critical to those

  • Re: Newbies!!

I don't consider my self a newbie although I haven't posted often. I've been using Logos since version 2.0 (came with diskettes), starting with Level 2. I upgraded to Scholar's Library when version 3 came out. Now I've upgraded to Platinum with version 4. I've purchased a number of other resources as well for a total of 1389 resources in v4 (about 100

  • Re: Thank you for offline reading!

Yea! Yea!! Yea!!! Without offline reading, the iphone app was useless for me. Unless I am in a WiFi hotspot, the bandwidth is just too limited. I found myself reading LESS and using the competition's Bible reader (which is still a wonderful app, but doesn't give me access to all of my Logos resources). Thank you! Thank you for fixing the Logos iPhone
We are not speaking here about the same thing. I know Olive Tree and Mantis. I bought some stuff from them before Logos came with the iPhone application. Show me one more Bible Study system you can use BOTH on your PC and on your iPhone (and hopefully on other platforms). I don't know any other but Logos. And that is the

  • Re: Logos iPhone app is just plain slow

Dave, I appreciate your reply following up on my concerns. I am on version 1.3 and also using a 3GS. The initial startup speed is two seconds, which is about on par with Olive Tree, but that's about where the comparison ends. In that two seconds, Olive Tree is now sitting at the exact spot where I left off in the book I was last reading and it does

I concur. The integration with iPhone was a significant part of my decision to purchase Logos4. I am VERY disappointed and discouraged with the Logos iPhone app. It is slow to the point of unusable at startup, when initially accessing books and when navigating books. Additionally, there are way too many taps required to get started reading. I want an

If you go into a store and the sales person tells you they have an item in stock, are you satisfied after making your purchase when you find out that it will take five days or more to actually use the product? This is confusing until an explanation is provided. Most people will be disappointed , many will be frustrated[:'(], some will be upset. On the

Thank you Graham for the syntax to search highlights . This is FAR faster than the search method I tried above. This search syntax for the same highlighting I searched with my method took only .05 seconds compared to the over 6 minutes for the method I tried . Again Thank you. This is usable.
