Good afternoon Rich, God bless you: Thanks for your keen comments. I hope you are not misunderstanding my intentions. I am not interested on discussing or arguing, I am interested in sharing, pointing to valuable information, and thus, enriching believer's understanding. I had never sit to think about the meaning of spiritual maturity from the lens

Good afternoon, God bless all believers, especially Rich DeRuiter: Sorry, it seems that the previous post got sent twice, as I was having trouble with the internet. Rich thanks for a great post, very good concepts. I was thinking of a tool that would allow people to passively (in their own time and place) could look up information that would clarify

Good afternoon, God bless you all: Excellent posts, thank you both M.J. and Francis. I am blessed to have the books you mention, except the Ladder of Divine Ascent. if I am not mistaken, it will be available in L6 sometime in the future. I have also looked at the resource: The ten most misunderstood words in the Bible by Robert Wilkin. Looking up terms

Hello Francis, God bless you and your loved ones, God bless all believers: Thank you for your excellent post, I will try to clarify a little my concern: Someone once said: an expert is someone that knows the worst mistakes that can be made in a field, and how to avoid making them. An analogy from work: as a rookie, I asked seasoned coworkers about proper

  • Most important concepts from logos topics

Has anyone tried to make a list of important concepts out of logos topics, dividing the list in terms of spiritual maturity? So there is a list of key concepts for beginner believers, another one for intermediate believers, one more for advanced believers and the like? thanks for any help on this.

Good morning, God bless you all: maybe this is the wrong forum, but it is the closest (organization of valuable information) that can help me find an answer: Has anyone tried to make a list of important concepts out of logos topics, dividing the list in terms of spiritual maturity? Hi Josh, God bless you. I agree with the concept of " The Holy Spirit came to or for some but not permanently in the OT". And I do so based on what I can make out of Bible passages. David said that he killed bears and lions, and indudibly he could do that because the Holy Spirit gave him the strength and courage to do it (i.e. H.S. was dwelling in him

Thanks for your answer. I have seen Logos topics, but just as Thompson's chain reference (4000+ themes), is too much even to try to pinpoint key stuff. What I like about the Catholic Topical Index is that it limits its entries to 500 more or less. I was thinking more of getting consensus on the 150 most important doctrinal topics, and each member give

God Bless (once more): I got the base Catholic package L6, and I was very impressed with the Catholic Topical Index. Would there be a way in which collectively we could come up with something similar choosing the 150 most important topics in Christianity so that links to resources from properly identified different traditions are included, so comparative

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll have to come up with a labor intensive way... e.g. screen capture of favorites' expanded folders, OCR them, and get the list together with pertinent notes to a docx file and to PBB, then it would be searchable. I wish there was a simpler way. Thanks again.

Good evening, God bless you all: I have been creating folders in favourites and labelling them with key concept word(s), but after a while, it gets hard to find information. Is there a way to search exclusively within favorites and notes? (like if those two were in a collection?). I know that favorites only saves hyperlinks, but I was wondering if a

Good afternoon, God bless you all. Thanks to all of you that share your knowledge with other believers. I have a question, do you know if there exists a controlled vocabulary list of Christian Religion words that one can use to facilitate the use of the proximity search in Logos 5? I am beginning to use proximity search, and I find it very helpful,
