Kenson I hope you get the original posts Logos. God bless you as you seek to learn and share.

Larry I have had two back surgeries within 2 weeks this past year and I am thankful to not be bedridden. I worry about a fall or further debilitation or if anyone will hire an assistant pastor wannabee at 58 who gives new meaning to the word "latebloomer". I cheer myself with knowing our Lord faced far worse in this life and folks like Daniel and Moses

Just saw this Rosie. You rock.

Justin...imho it should be easier to weed out all the silly stuff....amen?

MJ I have not been around for a bit after two major back surgeries and the delight (sarcasm here) that presented for sustained recovery. Thank you all that you seem to have appreciated my light humor. Heiser and Wright...have a nice day.

God bless all your efforts. For 9 I wish as I have foretells a Bible Study mode with pre selected books, templates, maps, pronunciation guide, dictonary, etc that make a common Bible study person effective and useful in a round group study going passage by passage through scripture. Take a look at THE QUEST STUDY BIBLE for an exam you can expand upon

Respectfully, I have noticed a proliferation of advertising for Michael Heisner, a theologian whose views I have no desire to learn about. Is there any way to remove him from my Logos Facepage please. God bless him as he fosters his unusually imho unorthodox views but can we please see a little less of him on our main page please? Thanks.

Is anyone using the Surface Pro Go with their copy of Notes 8 effectively?

Thanks too rich for my blood...what you posted seems fine.

Hello, Can you believe all these years later I am still asking this question? Me either. Curious, what Windows machine or tablet do you run Logos on for church, bible study, and home? Thanks for the grace in asking this question again all these years later. Joshua

Mr. Thomas...what a great thoughtful reply and with a photo to boot. Thanks. I still retain my Logos Surface Pro 3. Served me well through 6 years of online seminary. I have yet to locate a job as an assistant pastor and hope to be the time I turn 60 (Lord willing). Logos remains a thoroughly complex tool to me that I have yet to master but I hope to

Thanks for your great reply. I am surprised others didn't weigh in on what is biggest and most readable. Blessings

I enjoy watching episodes of the CBS TV show S.w.a.t and each episode features a room with lots of tiltable glass computer monitors and I always wonder what logos Bible software would look like on it. I'm curious what affordable large size monitor you are using when viewing logos Bible software and what you recommend?

Further proof Logos needs to simplify. Said it for years.
-
Thank you all.

Which ios or windows budget device fully accommodates a full logos 8 library and a full copy of the software and still runs swiftly? Imagine combining leadung Bible study or preaching from device as scenario. Full library and no lags. What do you reccomend?

I think I will stay with my older surface pro 3 for now. Bill it all sounds slow and complicated on the new smaller go.

Hello I was surprised to see that individual volumes were not for sale from this series below. https://www.logos.com/product/148889/lifeguide-bible-studies-old-and-new-testament-collection#005 I think that's a shame as not everyone wants everyone of them at exactly the same time. I am doing a home Bible study (with another couple) as a Baptist and had

My quick glance of 8 shows that nothing has improved or made simpler. They added even more complexity imho. Sigh.

Logos and Faithlife have gone once again in all the wrong directions. Logos 8 is not simpler to use. No thought has been given to making useful functions simpler. Browsing books on a web page is the ONLY useful thing I see.
