  • Re: Remember Logos 2.0

Andrew, Below is a link to some history of the Logos changes. And I believe there is a wiki page on the history of the different versions, packages, and contents. http://community.logos.com/forums/t/11585.aspx?PageIndex=3 I believe the devotional add-on was called "One Minute Bible"; but that may not be correct.

[quote user="Thomas Black"] Next year I'm contemplating taking our low church through a year of learning about the benefits or at least reasons for the various liturgical concepts by following to a certain extent the traditional church calendar. I've not figured out how best to do that, as I want the scriptures and not the documents about the scriptures

Don, Checked both L3 and L4 by searching for resources with title "preaching the word" to see if they were there even if not authored by R. Kent Hughes. Did not have the ones that this post is about. Please read results of investigation from L3 that I wrote earlier. 15 of this series were in the Library Builder Combo 4-7 in 2007; not all 19 volumes

Rosie, Is there a way in L4 to show the information from a resource like in L3? This is how I found out where I acquired the licenses for the R. Kent Hughes' books? I looked in the "about this resource" after right clicking on a book in My Library and looked at the following section: Included In Expiration Date Library Builder Combo 2007: Volumes 4

Dominick, I have the same missing 4. See post above. I got the license for the Romans volume from an ESV Sampler Disc that was handed out during a Logos 3 Training Camp by Morris Proctor or at a sales presentation for Logos 3 at a local church when the Logos Bible Study Bus came through. Hope this information helps. I would like for Logos to offer an

I think I have found the problem (or really the reason for the questions by anyone who bought the Library Builder Combo 4-6 Christmas Special). Only 15 of these books were included. See the link below from an older blog post: http://seminarian.wordpress.com/2007/12/06/libronix-library-builder-christmas-special-contents-announced/ I briefly scanned these

Sorry I did not see your post earlier today. I posted this evening that I am missing three of the same volumes. I have Romans. My licenses for the other in Logos 3 show that they were on the Library Builder Combo 4-6 which was offered one Christmas. I bought the Library Builder Combo 1-3 the year before. I don't know why there are inconsistancies in

  • R. Kent Hughes' Preaching the Word Commentary Series question

I was looking at my R. Kent Hughes Preaching the Word Commentaries and noticed that the volume on Acts was not showing up. My question is: What collection or base product did it come in? (I have the Platinum and I do not see these listed. I have not purchased these as a stand alone collection in my account summary from Logos.com. So I believe that they

Let's keep this subject in front of everyone. Lesson Builder was a great tool for creating your own Bible Study lessons. Read more about it on Morris Proctor's website under Products. Even though it is not current in it's support of operating systems, etc., if enough people who use Logos suggest its return; maybe this will happen.

[quote user="Dewayne Davis"] I was using clippings to collect information to answer questions I have regarding a text. However, I am now looking at Favorites more closely. I can create a favorite folder for a section of scripture and them put in it sub-folders. I name one 'questions' and instead of creating a clipping on a relevant text, I just drag

[quote user="Blair Laird"] I would love to see a collection for Jacob as was done for Calvin in the Calvin 500 collection. Seeing as Calvin was one of the main fathers of Calvinism, I would think it only fair to have the main father of arminianism also. We do have Wesleyan–Arminian Collection (81 Vols.) It would be cool if maybe this was updated, and
