    1. The NET resource and the NET Notes are downloaded locally. 2. I am online when the problem occurs. On my tablets I am on the network (Fiber optic). On my phone I'm on ATT's 4G network. 3. Show footnotes is disabled. 4. Community notes is enabled 5. Notes are enabled I disabled notes and community notes and it still took a LONG time to display a full

My HP Touchpad running CyanogenMod (Android 4.4.4) has the same issue as does my Google Nexus 4 running 4.4.4. Basically, every device I own reproduces this problem. Almost a minute to open Proverbs 18 on my Nexus 4.... I timed it... 45 seconds to open a large text screen on my nexus 4. Decreasing the text size results in 2.5 minutes to open a page

Note, however, the email I sent you was from a slightly different address than my account used here... Let me know if you need confirmation.

  • Proverbs in the NET Bible for Android is painfully slow

I have a top of the line new Samsung tablet 10.1.... Logos is fast, except when accessing the Proverbs in the NET bible. I think the hundreds of footnotes may have something to do with it, but it takes 30-60 seconds to interact with a page, or flip a page.... Something needs to be done....

Re: the last point. Someone had mentioned opening a book through the library instead of opening through recent list... That would sync the last read page... For me, I have too many Bibles to remember which Bible I left off reading last...

Okay, it's not stupid (from another post and replying to another user)... But very inconvenient. Graham, When I say "My reading plan" I do mean precisely that, my own reading plan, and not a preset reading plan set up for me. I have my own method of reading through the Bible which I really enjoy. Inbetween reading through the Bible for devotion, I also

  • Split Screen stuck in other modes!

Help! I'm stuck! I love to use two panels to see info on words, or to look at other resources, or look at study notes, or cross references, etc. Sometimes, however, I get stuck in one resource and cannot find out how to get back to choose which library resource to utilize in the second panel... For instance, I did a word study and now I've got that

*Bump* on the original post. .. When are we going to get syncing of recent history between devices? Is stupid that I cannot set down my tablet and pick up my phone and view the recent passages I've been reading. I work on messages as well as daily reading. Sometimes what I looks at last is not where I left off. Sometimes I need to look through my recent

Thank you, these last few messages were much clearer regarding meaning and intent. Previous messages came across as saying that the indexer had not been running all morning, but only 8 minutes. I have followed the advice of the Logos tech on the phone and I hope that solves my problem. If the problem comes back, in say 2 days and the indexer is running

Thank you, Mark. To completely repeat what I've already written: I've had the task manager open all morning and the Logos Indexer was running at 30-60% all morning and disk access at 100%. I killed the indexer task and restarted logos holding down the ctrl key. This created a log file. When I used winzip to zip up the log it had been 8 minutes since

Logos support gave me this answer... So... the answer to the indexer running over and over and over again.... is to run the index over again..?? Zheesh. Logos: Thank you for your call today. The problem you are experiencing is due to a corrupt indexer. You will need to rebuild the index in Logos 5. This process may slow down your computer and I would

YEa, 15-30 minutes would be nice. My computer fan is running on full steam for hours on end. Most of my time is in Skype calls and people I talk to cannot hear me over the fan in my laptop. This should NOT be happening.

Mark, I killed all the processes to restart the indexing with the log files turned on. My machine has been grinding away for 4 hours this morning. It disrupted my computer for the entire 8 hours it was on yesterday It did the same thing the day before that, including all night long I finally strarted turning off my machine because I am worried about

Okay, logs attached. Logos and Indexer take turns taking up 100% of my hard drive access and 30-60% of my processor speed. I have an i7 processor. This should not be repeatedly taking over my computer. I am so fed up with this. Sorry for the delay in replying, been traveling and working on my thesis. PLEASE HELP! This disk access is killing my hard

Okay, this is getting rediculous... I know this is a bit of a rant but I'm very frustrated. I've got a i7 laptop with 8 gigs of memory. Every time I start Logos it gets slower and slower and slower. It's either trying to install new updates, preparing my library, or something else. It takes on average 2.5 minutes from the time I click on the icon till
