Hi. Did you get the log files? Have you figured anything out yet? this is a real pain. Service after service this happens and our services don't run smoothly. always multiple reboots.

The motion backs and videos freeze every weekend on our PC. We have to reboot 1-3 times. This has been since we changed to a new PC after using a Mac the past couple years. 1258.Proclaim Logs Joy Community Church.zip

I have forgotten the title of a resource that I used to use. It showed the relationships of words and phrases to one another with lines and arrows. I can not for the life of me remember what it was but would like to consult it again. Any help?

I have Logos 6 Gold and when I go to use visual copy nothing shows up. All it displays is "some templates are unavailable--Retry."

Yep. I have the same error. I usually end up copying and pasting the song into Proclaim. It's frustrating.

Does Proclaim have any plans for users to be able to use it for Environmental Projection with masking like ProPresenter?

i have the same issue. i thought I was doing it wrong. So I started just deleting those those songs in the service order and going up top to "Add Item" "Song" and under "Reuse Items" I start typing the previously used song there, but I get the same result. Nothing. I have to continuously go back to adding a song, typing in the name, when the database

We experienced this same issue on Sunday morning, March 7. It finally came online near the end of service. Had no lyrics for the first half. Wouldn't even see the March 7 program to open it. Got the little yellow triangle.

The Android app doesn't seem to pick up any of the signals from Proclaim.

Is there a way to copy a previous weeks program to use as a template or shell without overwriting it with the current week? I guess it really doesn't matter.

I've noticed that the iphone and ipad pic up the signals fine, but the Android app does not. When I open the Logos Bible app on my android phone, it does not show any signals.

We like to use motion backgrounds behind our song slides. When the background would get to the end of it's loop, it would just stop and become a still. I did upload these and check the LOOP box.

When playing a video clip, it seems to lag and sometimes cut out. We played a video during the offering this week and every once in a while it would skip.

I had the entire program done by wednesday, when we got to church and opened it to run, it had the program from the week before as well as the new program all in the same program. It also moved all the slides around and I had to delete the old and rearrange the current.

Scrolling does not help, you have to jump to another section to clear it up
