  • Re: Logos Iphone app browser

I wish I had the self control and resolve that you guys have but I don't. That is why my iphone is reduced to email and only apps that don't have internet access. I have Safari turned off via restrictions , my wife has the code for that. I have Covenant Eyes on my computers with a great guy at church that is my accountability partner. All this to because

Just as Jonathon described. Seems like a small thing but when you are trying to block any access to pornography it becomes a stumbling block. Didn't think that I'd have to "Pluck out" Logos from my Iphone though.

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE I was able to access the internet through your app. I clicked on something to get me to your website and from there I was able to access google from there. I have deleted it but if you want me to take you through it step by step I can re install it.

  • Logos Iphone app browser

The Logos app for Iphone allows unfiltered internet through its integral browser (doesn't use Safari). Is there any way to get the app without internet or a way to turn it off?

Thank you so much for the 2.1 bug fix. Now I can use the latest version with reading plans! :)

  • Re: Rooted Nook Touch works well

Not to hijack this thread too much, but if you're running Logos on a rooted nook, be sure to install the tools that let you use the side buttons for back/menu purposes. This makes it very nice to jump 'back' when you've jumped forward to a cross reference. The screen flashing is unavoidable unless Logos programs specifically around it (which I doubt

Thank you! I understand the marketing decisions, but I hope you will continue to support 2.1 as long as possible. Having Logos on an e-ink screen is just too good. :)

I don't think so. But swiping or tapping the left/right edges works.

No problem. I just found Logos-32.apk accidentally while trying to get back to 0.9.4. I'm using 1.1.1 again and working around it the issue. Interestingly, "Jump to reference" works even when the verse navigator does not.

Nook Simple Touch with Android 2.1. The last official version that worked for me was 0.94. Since I updated to 1.0.3 and it was broken, and also the 1.1 beta 1 broken, I found through trial and error that I could download Logos-32.apk and it works. No idea what version build 32 corresponds to. The "Navigation Failed" message comes up immediately whether

I'm having the same problem and I see that it was not fixed in the 1.1 Beta 1 release. Any estimated time on the fix?

  • Questions about offline resources

I have the Logos Android App and so far it is working great! However, to save on battery, I prefer to work offline. I have two questions: 1) Is there a way to know whether a book can be downloaded and used offline before purchasing? I wanted to buy a Spanish Bible (LBLA or NBLH). Both are available online even though I haven't purchased them (presumably
