• Notes not visible on resources

Notes don't appear on resources on my Ipad. I downloaded the latest version for the IPad (8.0.1), but the notes still don't appear. I have the Ipad Pro 9.7 (A1673). Where do I start? Thanks I will be stepping away from the internet for a few hours.

Those are all excellent titles. I went for Mobile Ed: BI206 New Testament Exegesis (14 hour course).

  • Re: No NEW Journals - why not?

In my opinion, Logos placed theological journals on the back burner to work on Logos 8. Now that it has been released, I hope there is progress. If not, I may subscribe to Galaxie.

  • Re: Library "Bookshelves"

I agree Nathan. I made a similar suggestion in the forum but it fell on deaf ears. It would be nice to visually organize books on a shelf based on our own system. Amazon has this for the Kindle.

  • Re: Bought 3 Packages, would I get 3 Mobile Ed Courses?

It's disapointing. Each base package should come with the option to chose a mobile ed course of your choice.

  • No Logos 8 Expansion Libraries?

I’m unable to find Expasion Librarians for Logos 8? These fill an important gap for base packages. Are new Expasion Librarians in the works? Thanks.

Looks like Logos 8 is ready
Most likely. And...it means Logos is doing it again...They're teasing a feature that will likely only be available to the general public if they pay extra money (i.e. upgrade to Logos 8). So people are going to think they will have "generic availability" to the Notes
I was not supporting the NET claim, just looking for where the reference came from. I had never heard that comment before and was curious and surprised at the NET comments. Most every good commentary handles the passage well and provide various interpretations (although few include the Rashi viewpoint). The excerpt Robert
Perhaps this brief excerpt may shed some light on the debate over the interpretation of the names: The seven or eight words (see the notes on אביעד above) that comprise the name(s) have been variously analysed over the centuries (quite apart from the fact that some of the words were not even recognized as part of a name by

I was aware of this verse. But it does validate the claim made by the NET Bible that, “ the Mighty God calls his name, ‘Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace .’”

  • Re: Isaiah 9:6, NET Bible note

Thanks to both of you for responding. There is a lot more to this verse than most realize. But I’m trying to avoid a theological debate. I’m not surprised that no one has verified the NET Bible’s claim. To their credit, they admit, “ There is great debate over the syntactical structure of the verse.” In Christ!

  • Isaiah 9:6, NET Bible note

The Net Bible, first and second edition, has a footnote for Isaiah 9:6 that states, “ There is great debate over the syntactical structure of the verse. No subject is indicated for the verb “he called.” If all the titles that follow are ones given to the king, then the subject of the verb must be indefinite, “one calls.”
