Thanks Elliot for the update, hope to see it 1 quarter 2013

Will there ever be one for the OT in the near future? I mistakenly thought it was added in the L5 Silver upgrade. But after reviewing all the online packages, i see that it doesn't exist yet. Thanks Tony

I upgraded to Silver earlier this week and the cost for me is $6.80
I'll let you in on a little secret. There is something preventing us from setting the correct price for Minimal Crossgrade for Logos 5 Silver users (which will get you the Bible Senses database). We're working to adjust it

I should have said listenable (is that a word?) not readable ;)

Thanks Dominick and all for your help; I was thinking it was a Logos feature, and not a windows 7 feature. Guess I spend to much time on my iPad ;)...anyway, now it is very readable. Ryan looking foward to the 'read alound features you guys have planned for 5.0a. I'm really enjoying my Logos 5 silver upgrade :D

Hello All, Is there a way to adjust the speed of the 'read aloud feature'? I've looked in the settings but found nothing. Thanks Tony

Guess I should have continued reading this thread be for posting the above, but I'm at the end of a long day as a Technical Consultant and my eyes are really tired. But I got my answer from a subsequent post from Di " I'm sorry about the confusion. In the current Logos app you can download the resource, but cannot view the actual study Bible just let
You can get the study Bible in the Logos app, but you cannot get the community aspect. The Faithlife app combines the online community and the Bible and is most effective when used together. Thanks!
I seem to have a problem with viewing the FSB in Logos (iOS) I can see it in my library, even download the book updates

Glad to hear that this is a known issue, I pretty much abandoned using the reading plan on my iPad. As it will not update and contains multiple copies that cannot be removed; even though they have been removed on my desktop. For now I just manually read the books on my iPad, and keep track of where I am. I have to use a competitors product for bible

What I'm learning to do, when I find myself going down a rabbit trail; whether from checking out a scripture reference or commentary, wordstudy etc. Is to ask myself, is this info adding to the original point/topic of my study or not? To help me in this; I've learned to use the note feature, the way (I believe) Logos intended for me to use it. If the

Oh yea, for the eye strain issue; even though I use the sepia setting. I also set up my home button in the iPad settings menu to reverse the video display to lowlight (white on black background) with 3 taps of the home button. Works well in a dark room, and a little less strain on the eyes as well.

While I dont have a kindle (waste of money when I have the kindle app on my iPad) I read all of my available Logos 4 resources on my iPad. Since reading out in the open sunlight down here in Houston, would melt me along with my iPad; I only read indoors or in the very late evenings outside. I was going to buy a kindle after I bought my iPad; but after

Thanks! that did the trick, previously I was only hitting F5 to refresh; I did not realize that Shift F5 cleared the cache. Tony

What gives it has been this way for the last 2-3 months, won't rotate to infographics or any other image related book. No matter what the priority is, it seems to only select images from the same books and then the same ones over and over. I remember back around Christmas or so it was more of a variety. Has anyone figured out how to get the desktop

Thanks Dave, Rick for the updates... I'm glad it is being worked on; as it stands now the LEB is my prefered bible. The cool thing is; when I'm looking up OT references on my Ipad it automatically uses the next available translation with OT. Which in my case is the NKJV which is my primary personal reading preference. Looking foward to when the LEB

Hey guys, I'm really loving the Lexham English NT bible included in my Scholar's base package. Was wondering if there would be a OT version to match. Tony

1 27inch monitor would work very well. I have a HP 2709m; that is also a HD TV as well. It has vga, hdmi and dvi connections and native screen resolution of 1920x1080p. I'm looking to get one more of these if not two of them. This monitor is also wall mountable as well. For Logos it works well and you can save different layouts for multiple monitors
Can anyone recommend a Logos resource that discusses the relationship between Mosaic Law and the NT believer? Many times I see people pulling out support for their position using a portion of the Pentatuch (e.g. Tithing, Incest, Lending etc.), yet they reject other laws as being cultural. I am looking for a cogent set

how about waiting a few more months
My solution is, get the platform that you can afford and that works best for you at the time (AND, one that runs Logos well!). Save your money and in a couple more years buy the next new and improved "needed" gadget. Then, bless someone with your old
