Hello and welcome to the forums! I apologize for not being able to address your specific issue myself. (I'm not savvy enough with the deeper technical issues) However, I noticed you did not have a reply yet and thought I would bump your post. I think you will find many forum users to be both helpful and quite technically inclined.
Were there any particular Study Bibles you were interested in?
Not really :)... I actually have quite a few in L4 as a carry over from Libronix. I was in the process of giving a couple of licenses to a pastor friend and recent 'convert' of L4 (he did buy Scholars). I was comparing what I had in eBible Deluxe (one
I suppose it is possible that some of these files are not hosted on the Logos ftp server. You could try sticking your eBible disc in your computer and using the command Scan DVD http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Commands#Scan
Well... I don't have libronix even on my old computer anymore.... I did not use it for over
According to the comparison chart the 2 surveys are in the Expanded but not the Deluxe. I do have the commentary under the title KJV BIble Commentary. Have you tried that title?
Ah yes, you are correct. So those do not count. However, I also notice that most of those under the Prayer heading are also NOT in my L4

I am finding some odd things.... Doing some comparing between... http://rejoicesoftware.com/ebible_compare.htm (eBible Deluxe) AND what I actually have in my L4 library... I am finding that I have some of the resources found in eBible Deluxe in my L4 library... but others are not there... (Note: I am NOT talking about what comes with my L4 base-package

  • King James Bible Commentary Not In L4

I have the Libronix eBible Deluxe edition which included 'The King James Bible Commentary' Initial Info: Have already had my licenses all transferred to L4 (I think) when I had both libronix and L4 on my old computer. The Issue/Question: I bought a new laptop a couple of months ago and was looking to transfer a couple of my licenses (outside Logos web

the presence of DTS in many bios would have clued me in . . .
When my bother graduated from DTS in the early 1980's some of his professors did not even believe all scripture was inspired.
But in most jurisdictions such laws do not (yet) exist and judges rule inconsistently. They tend to differentiate between people doing things for personal use (such as listening to a downloaded copyrighted song) and people doing this for a living (such as people uploading such songs and getting reimbursed - remember that many

"Isn't this a law? Fair use?" IMO... What we have today is a systematic stripping of consumer rights for the sake of anti-piracy. (For example, the latest attempts in congress by lobbyist ... SOPA, I think is the name of one of the two bills) These issues are still 'young'. That this, they have not been around long, the digital question is still being

A bit off topic but... I am in need of a change in anti-virus software. I haven seen this particular problem pop up on the forums over the past few days and I want to make sure I don't get the virus software that is cause so much issue with Logos. Is it only one particular software program that is causing this and if so, what is the name of it so I

  • Sugg: Add a video of new features/improvments when they roll out

An official (or unofficial, I'm not picky) video would be very helpful for a right-brainer like myself. It would be great to have a video included with the blog post that shows how and why the improvements are helpful. I know there are things that have rolled out over these past six months or so that I have no Idea exists. I'm a little hesitant to try

Overview At the turn of nineteenth-century came America's second Great Awakening. Out of the ashes of this second awakening arose what would eventually become one of America's largest and somewhat controversial churches, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. "...and somewhat controversial..." Only somewhat...? Overall description and book

  • Sync Between MAC & PC?

I recently convinced a pastor friend of mine that Logos 4 was the best thing next to sliced bread... He uses a Mac at home and a PC at the office. I had told him they would sync between themselves... Did I unwittingly fib? He is getting a sync error message on his PC at the Church (He has used it first on his Mac and that works fine including sync)
