Of course, now we have a new problem - resources that will download OK, but not load. My guess would be, judging by the date on the files, that the updater thinks there are new files but all it has access to are the older ones. The 2 offending ones are, Master's Seminary Journal Volume 3 (the FTP site date is 12/14/2009 while the others around it bear
Do you mean they are now logos4 format files (not lbxlls)? Because there is that other old issue of L4 preferring newer versions of lbxlls files to logos4 files ( http://community.logos.com/forums/t/7980.aspx ).
No Dave - these are still the .lbxlls files. They are dated 06/09/2010 on the FTP site and show a version

BRAZIL all the way. They will play a plodding, unexciting game but prevail in the end. SPAIN a close second, but they'll run out of steam before the end.

Classic Commentaries and Studies on Genesis (22 Vols.) looks interesting. http://www.logos.com/products/prepub/details/6496

Updater appears to be working now.

The problem with the L3 updater appears to be fixed now.
That doesn't explain what is happening in L4, so could you upload your logs showing the repeated 215 MB download?
OK Dave (and Thomas) - I'll do that when I get a chance. I'll have to review how to do all that.

Thank you Dave - that seems to have done the trick. I seem to have missed that thread in the past. I thought we were still fighting the BSAC issue. Alex.

I set up something similar some time ago for the very same purpose. For my fourth one though I chose the Greek New Testament According to the Majority Text. While I'm not a big fan of the Majority text, it does provide some interesting differences.

...and what makes ya think us edjacated people needs this???

Hi Kelvin. I just checked the updates and am getting the same error. I usually don't experience any problem with the updates. It's probably a server error then and will be fixed in a day or two. Alex.

I don't have an answer for this, but note the same thing. I have both on Libronix, the one unlocked and the other locked. Both are still on the FTP site. I do notice however that when you look up the product, only the one file is available for download so perhaps there was some problem with the resource package, but I don't ever recall getting any information

Let us know the outcome, OK?

If you're like me, you're probably going through the list of pre-pubs to see what you might like to add under the present circumstances. If so, you might want to consider sorting the pre-pub list according to "Highest in Price". I don't see a lot of value of deferring a lot of very low priced items and it's a very long list. Another thing to consider

I'm writing this from the perspective of one who has one of the larger Logos libraries, 5813 resources in L4 and 8960 in L3. In an attempt to build a comprehensive reference library I have spent over $20,000 over the past 10 or so years, none of which I regret. However, no one in their right mind can surely think that anyone can continue to buy resources
The Life of Christ in Stereo by Johnston M. Cheney
An interesting title - it kind of implies a 3D perspective. Some time ago I decided to try and combine the 3 synoptics. I used Mark as a base and then went to the others where applicable. It soon became apparent that the same events were being described from different
The Life of Christ in Stereo by Johnston M. Cheney which maybe an earlier version of the title that Allen mentions above.
By the way, Jesus Christ The Greatest Life combines two previously published works. The first is The Life of Christ in Stereo copyrighted in 1969 by Western Seminary, and the second is The Greatest

Seems to be working OK for me at the moment. You might try rebooting your computer - sometimes they get bogged down with stuff.

I just opened that resource in both L3 and L4 and the links are working for me. The difference might be that I had previously downloaded the files from the FTP site. It still doesn't show the ACCSGEN file on the logos.com site for the resource though. If you don't have Libronix running still, you might try manually putting it into the L4 resource folder
