How do you find out what's new?????? I just got one more book added and I have no idea what it was.
From doing a search item, it appears to be 'The New Encyclopedia of Christian Quotations' which raises another question. That book now appears twice in my library with two different file names, one from 2006 and one from

Those of you (us) who really want to get an accurate account of God's word need to get back to the Hebrew and Greek scriptures. There is NO such thing as an accurate or literal translation in any language by anyone - that is an impossibility for no other reason than there are few if any words in any one language that correspond to a given word in another
Your log has the same error as Kenneth in this forum thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/2749.aspx . The problem was with his video adapter driver. In his case, the driver was current, however, he found that when he loaded an earlier driver instead, the problem was resolved.
Thanks Melissa. I'll look into
I'm experiencing multiple crashes in Logos 4. Passage Guide, Biblical Places and People. Biblical Things, Exegetical Guide, and Word Study seem to work normally.
I'm getting the same problem, crash with any of Biblical Places, People or Things.
Since Logos 4 will also recognize the old LLS format, you can open the NASB in Logos 4 if it has discovered the book files. First, look for it by typing New American Standard in the Library Find field or the Command box
Thanks Melissa, that worked for me. I had tried NASB but that hadn't worked.

Thanks for your reply John. It doesn't seem to work that way for me though. Anyway, what did work was when I discovered the Refresh Guide (F5) button which makes it compile a new list all over again. So many new features to learn eh?
Here: http://www.logos.com/upgrade Please note, the comparison is of boxed sets and does not show other purchases you have made. The price is adjusted for all resources you have purchased however.
Interesting. It lists 10 items, 7 of which I already own. I wonder why that is?
Why as an adult would a person, buy a product...make a snap decision that it sucks and then spend their time complaining, INSTEAD OF calmly getting a refund, and continuing to use whatever beloved product they were using before? I don't get it. Ouch! These new shoes pinch! they suck...! Let me tell you how much I hate them

I think once you've upgraded to the max., the upgrade page works differently. A week or so ago, it directed you to a comparison chart. A few days ago it changed to some recommendations for further upgrading, but that was creating some problems because it was recommending purchase of additional collections that many of us owned already. There is a thread
If this has anything to do with my post, I think it was taken way out of context by some. I thought I was very clear that I was just poking fun at Team Logos to have some fun with them and hopefully bring a smile or laugh for them with the number of hours they've been putting in...
No, I think this relates more to yet

If a resource is removed in a Passage Guide search, it seems to be permanently removed for all future searches of that particular passage or verse. Is there any way to restore a resource once it has been removed from a specific passage search?
-
Logos' thought was since you only see these documents when you run a guide, those documents don't clutter up the system.
My own problem is not with them cluttering up the system but that they affect all future searches if remove any resources in a specific Passage Guide search.
By the way, since we've migrated to Bible jokes, do you know who the shortest man in the Bible is? Bildad the Shoe-height . (Actually, he wasn't truly the shortest, it was the Roman guard who was so small he was able to fall asleep on his watch.)
Not quite in the same league of course, but don't forget Knee-high

With all the reported problems with installation and finding resources on L4, I just wanted to say that I just installed the Theological Journal Library Volume 12 and Bibliotheca Sacra Volumes 1-90 without incident. They installed the appropriate number of new resources on L3 and as soon as I opened L4, it started 'Preparing Your Library' and shortly

Try checking your credit card itself. I got the e-mail along with the amount charged, including shipping. Like others, I was surprised to find the resources already unlocked. When the charge appeared on my card though, it was just for the basic amount - the shipping had not been charged although it had been indicated on the e-mail.

Glad to hear you guys solved the problem.
It doesn't tell me where to find my library catalogue to upload....can you point me in the right direction?
Probably the easiest way is to do a search for catalog.db In mine, it's C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Logos4\Data\1pg422km.jeh\LibraryCatalog
