• Re: Renaming a Bible Reading Plan

Michael, I had a look and it doesn't seem to let you rename it. Logos will title the reading plan based on the book you have selected. If you change the book for the reading plan, the name will change with it. There is no pencil icon in the File menu for me either. (I have 4.0a)

  • Re: Can I see locked resources?

+1 I enjoyed being able to see the contents of the locked files and to see through Libronix what was available. If it was set as an option to enable/disable, it would be a useful addition!

  • Re: Forum confusion
It seems to work consistently for me. If I click on the subject line link, it takes me to the beginning of the thread, but if I click on the "Latest post" timestamp link, it takes me to the end. If you're within a particular sub-forum, such as Logos 4, then it's not the timestamp but the words "Latest post" that you can click
Thanks John for the video ... but it too big! I cannot seem to get it to play on my laptop, and it does not seem to be scalable. Am I missing something? or is it just for this particular web-hosted video? Regards
Try pushing the F11 key to get rid of the buttons/etc. on your browser. After I did this the video fit
Your feedback is awesome! I will create a set of non-interactive videos alongside the interactive videos. I will send these out free of charge to existing and new customers of the interactive videos when they are completed (very soon).
Thanks John! What a great service. I look forward to receiving your tutorials
Is there a basic video example of Bible Study with Logos 4 that is not a how-to-tutorial? Maybe something that would help me walk through a study on Ephesians?
No as of yet. It has been asked for on the forum a couple of times. Hopefully they will start appearing soon. The "Preparing for a Sermon with Logos
Has anyone purchased the MP manuals yet? If so, what level of expertise are they written to? And are they worth the investment?
Yes they are good and quite thorough. The only "complaint" I have is the multiple printing errors. I would think in a relatively small document such as these there wouldn't be any (these

  • Re: Morris Proctor's seminars; who is going this year?

I wish I could go, but here in Canada (central Ontario), Morris doesn't visit. (Plus I doubt I could afford to go.) I hope the Logos 4 Camp Logos videos will be out. Hopefully I can save up for these.

  • Re: Disapointed!

Manuals to be out-of-date as the "Missing Features" are added to L4. I did order the manuals and found them to be fairly comprehensive. As a purchaser, I received a link to a special section with regular PDF updates to the manual witch will be updated as Logos gets updated. Although most of the material you can learn from videos, there are a few tidbits

  • Personal Book Quandry

I am trying to include bible book titles in the headers of my personal book - they don't need a link. There is an image before the text of the header (but included in the header). Sometimes the image is duplicated or only part of the title is "linked" to the bible chapter. I have tried including a cancel-link code ie. {{~ 1 Timothy, Jude }}, but although

  • Re: Missing Concordances and other resources

According to the resources list, the Platinum edition should have the "Old Testament Wisdom: An Introduction" resource, but it does not come up in L4 and on L3 is is marked as locked? Is this an oversight or error? Thanks for the help!

  • Re: Missing Resources

There definitely seems to be some resources that have not been published yet. This is fine, but can someone at Logos publish a list (perhaps on the wiki or on the website with a listing of these books and perhaps an estimated date. This will help clear up confusion and put our (gotta count every book and make sure it is there) minds to rest. Thanks

  • Re: I wish 3.0 had that!

I am enjoying much of L4, but my favourite feature at the moment is the ability to view book covers in most places. With so many titles in my collection, I often forget what a book is about just by the title. Looking at the picture is a much easier way to remember what the book is about, whether I have read it before, maybe even how I purchased it!
