• Re: L3 isn't working now?
This article in the knowledge base sounds most like your issue: http://www.logos.com/ArticleViewer/343 Just so you know, there's a Logos 3 forum for Libronix issues.
I worked through all of those and nothing worked. So, I uninstalled the program. Now I just need to reinstall. I'm wondering if I can do that all from

  • L3 isn't working now?

When I open L3 the icon shows up on my desktop for a few seconds then nothing more happens - the program doesn't load. I have no idea what's happening? Any thoughts?

  • OT: Update Anxiety

I must be a fan of change. Between Logos 4.0 and another program (financial) I'm running that's still in public beta form, I've gotten used to frequent updates. It seems like it's been a few weeks since either program has seen an update. I was having update anxiety this morning. Then I opened iTunes and was asked if I wanted to download the latest upgrade

  • Will this laptop configuration run L4 faster than a speeding bullet?

I like to think I'm semi-literate in computers, but compared to what I read on this forum I'm an infant. That said, I'm looking at buying a new laptop and wondering what this configuration will do for me. Specifically (I highlighted more than I really needed to): 1. Is the i5 processor noticeably faster than a Core 2 duo? In other words, is it worth

  • Re: Can't seem to remove hyperlink in notes
Thanks Richard. I hope that at some point it will be as simple as deleting the hyperlink in the hyperlink box.
Amen to that.

  • Re: How can I remove an unwanted hyperlink?

Okay, I should have looked harder before posting. I found a solution here - although it's a "clunky" solution at best.

  • How can I remove an unwanted hyperlink?

You'll see below that, for some reason (?), the phrase "Am I" was automatically hyperlinked to Amos 1 (as seen in pic) by L4. I wish it wouldn't do that, but that's life I suppose. My problem is that I can't remove it. When I erase the "Amos I' in the hyperlink box it returns as soon as move back to my note. How can I remove this unwanted hyperlink

  • Re: How Can I Add Resources to "Search" Function?

Well, on a positive note... My search was lightning-quick!

  • Re: Throwing in the towel!

Marcia, I see (no pun intended) that you use larger text so you can see better. I'm assuming (not always a good thing) that you have changed your default settings for text and/or program scaling. I messed around with my scaling and if I max out both Program scaling and Default Text scaling I get some instances where text doesn't wrap. I wonder if that

  • Re: How Can I Add Resources to "Search" Function?

I just created a Collection of Bible Dictionaries and then searched only that Collection. However, I still do not see those other Dictionaries reflected in the Topic Results - only the 3 that came up before.

  • How Can I Add Resources to "Search" Function?

Below is a shot of my Basic Search on "Holy Spirit." How can I add resources to the "Topic" results? Currently, I only get results from 3 resources. For example, I would like to see Harper's Bible Dictionary included here. I realize the Library Results includes 25,000+ hits, but it seems like I should see all of my Bible Dictionaries under the Topic

It works for me now. I wasn't using IE though; I use Google Chrome.

  • Re: Logos 4 should still be in Beta
I upgraded to v. 4 as soon as I heard about it. I should have waited at least a year. The best thing about v.4 is that it doesn't cripple v.3. L4 is not for the working man. Simple things are difficult. It is not intuitive. It is a resource hog. I actually have it running on a laptop that I don't need just so that it can

Logos won't let me drag shortcuts from my browser or desktop to the shortcuts bar. Any ideas why that would be?

  • Suggestion: A Command to Link All/Multiple Tabs At Once

(I posted this elsewhere, but wanted to re-post it as a 'suggestion') I have several tabs opened in a single pane (all Bible translations) and I want to link them together. It seems like the only way to do this is to link each tab individually (one at a time). Might I suggest a Command to link all/multiple tabs within a single pane, or the entire layout

Richard, I'm going to re-post this as a 'suggestion' (I was going to just change the title to include the word 'suggestion' but I don't see that I can do that.)

I have several tabs opened in a single pane (all Bible translations) and I want to link them together. It seems like the only way to do this is to link each tab individually (one at a time). Is there a way I can link all tabs within a single pane, or the entire layout for that matter, in one command? Sort of like: "Link All Tabs: A B C D etc.).

  • How do I print a reading plan?

I can't figure out how to print a reading plan? Or print anything for that matter? The Help menu doesn't even seem to be much help. Am I missing something? Sorry for such a simple question...
