FYI: Reformation Heritage Books is in the progress of translating the works of William Perkins, some volumes are available. This publication would be a good candidate for Logos.

  • Re: How to get same verse from All Bibles?

Yet another thing you can do is with Acts 3:21 open and selected, press F7 (or FN+F7) on your keyboard and it will provide you with a pop-up comparison of your top five prioritized Bibles.

Another option is to use Text Comparison. If you are only comparing a few translations, the Horizontal Layout will work fine, but if you are going to compare every translation in your library, you'll want to use Vertical Layout. Follow these steps: (1) Click on Tools > Text Comparison. (2) Add all the versions you want to see in the second box (first

Search will find text within the Bible, but not the reference itself. If someone knows how to search a reference within Search, perhaps they will chime in. However, I took a look and found a way to do what you want without much difficulty: (1) Open Acts 3:21 in any version of the Bible. (2) Right click on any word within Acts 3:21. (3) In the context

I've thought about suggesting the OED myself. If Logos can get the rights to offer it on Logos, that would be a great addition.

Your first point does pose a problem. Your second point makes little sense. For someone who may have an extensive library, a fee of say, a few hundred dollars, can be a fraction of the total cost of buying the entire library a second time over.

  • Re: Multiple users profiles

A possible solution: Logos could allow for TWO profiles, with the license agreement stipulating that it be used for MARRIED couples ONLY. This would prevent abuse in the case of people opening "book clubs" or whatever where say, a dozen people all use the same account. But it would allow married couples to use the same Logos account without having to

Based on my research of reviews over the past several years, the following tend to consistently receive the best ratings: Norton, Kaspersky, BitDefender, and Avast. Personally I use Norton my PCs and Sophos free on my Mac. One recommendation for improved performance is to have your AV ignore the Logos folder for on-demand scanning.

[quote user="George Somsel"] I'm still trying to figure out why anyone would want any study bible in Logos. With all of the commentaries, lexicons, grammars, etc etc. what need is there of such a portable commentary? I can understand why one might want a print copy. It is the Logos version that puzzles me. Lately, every time my Logos library updates and indexes, the indexing will apparently finish, but [the 1 in the blue circle] will still show inside of Logos and will report "Your library is indexing. (99% complete). Closing and reopening Logos will remove it. This is occurring on my Mac.
