Thanks for your reply.
Assuming your PC is up to it, its hard to see why L5 would not be all or more of the things you already like in L4.
That is the way that ALL upgrades are SUPPOSED to work, but the reality is usually very different.
On WIndows anyway, if you have the disk space, create a new user account and install L5 into there.
But wouldn't I need to repurchase resources to do this? Aren't resources tied to a user account?
I do not think L4 is still for sale. That means he could not do what you suggest
Sorry, it seems that I misunderstood the OP's predicament. I thought that the OP already owned L4 and was just trying to purchase another package. But I now see if you own L4 that you can't even upgrade at this point. IMO, Logos is making a

After reading some of the posts in regards to Logos 5, it seems that Logos 5 and Logos 4 cannot coexist on the same computer (without creating another account which means repurchasing resources). Is that true? If so, then how can one try out Logos 5 and then abandon it if they don't like it? I was thinking that it would be a good idea to get the free

I have been reading about some of the new features in Logos 5 and have heard that there will be 10 new databases that will be available. My understanding is the databases are "features" and are only available with certain packages. I currently have Logos 4 and was wondering - Is there any way to know if I am currently missing any Logos 4 databases?

Gene: Why not just go ahead with your planned purchase of the Leader's Library. You will then own all of those resources going forward. You don't need to move to Logos 5 at this time. You can stay with Logos 4. If you feel the need to upgrade to Logos 5 in the future, you can choose to just do the free upgrade when it comes (and pay nothing), or do

Is there any way to search for a Hebrew word and find out how many times it is translated a certain way? For example, the word Elohiym is a plural word in the Hebrew. I want to figure out how it is translated the majority of the time (as a singular word (God) or as a plural word (gods)). I want to search for the Hebrew word Elohiym ( אֱלֹהִים )(H430

I did a Bible search with the string " " on all of Bibles. As you can see below, 1 Cor 15:55 shows up for some Bibles but not for others. Can someone please enlighten me as to whether this is a bug in Logos, or there is some other reason why this might occur.

I'm not sure this is the correct place for this, and if it isn't then please feel free to move it... I would like to request a Hebrew-English dictionary be added to the Logos library. I understand that there are a few lexicons in the Logos library (which I have), but there are times when I would like to look up an English word and find out what the

Can someone from Logos please respond to this thread. I have tried to be as patient as possible with this. When I was originally thinking about upgrading to Logos 4, I had concern that it wasn't fully functional (since there were a lot of features missing). But Logos personnel promised me that everything would be working at some point soon. I took their

Almost 3 months ago, I started this email thread and found that the Logos Missing Features page was out of date. Well, that page is still out of date. I have called Logos a few times and asked if they would please update the page and they stated that they would, but nothing seems to have been done as of yet. How can we get the Missing Features page
