I was inspired by everyone's comments on Milgrom's commentary on Leviticus in another thread so I went ahead and got that 3-volume work as well. Looking forward to using it.

Indeed, welcome to the forums. Another option is to access the Catechism via the USCCB website or the Vatican website directly w/o integration to Verbum. We understand this is not ideal - outside the features of Verbum. But you can explore nonetheless. http://www.usccb.org/beliefs-and-teachings/what-we-believe/catechism/catechism-of-the-catholic-church

There are two different sales being conflated in several posts on this thread. The subject (part of the Biblical Studies Sales) goes "until February 1". No time is listed on the blog. The 3-Day Sale (some posts not related to the subject) goes until Friday, January 29 at 8:00 AM (PT) Hope that helps.

I decided to buy the NT volumes by Catholic priests plus the Luke Timothy Johnson volume. A total of 10 volumes for me. I'll work on the rest later.

Fr. Shawn, Thanks for the reply and very helpful comments. I wonder if Louis could help with the extended MTF Exegetical Commentary? Indeed, that would be something.
... I was unimpressed as he as clearly had an agenda at least as much as he was accusing "the Green Book" of having an agenda. ...
Thanks, MJ. Are you aware of any specific differences between "the Green Book" 2000 and "2002"?
For over a year now I've been working with one of the Verbum Staff (Preston Morrison) trying to get the "New Commentary on the Code of Canon Law," edited by John Beal and published by Paulist Press, available on Logos. ... Those familiar with this title will more likely know it as "The Big Green Commentary" due to

Do we have any history or other experience on how many votes it takes to get something moved into the queue for pre-pub or community pricing? I ask in light of the Knox Bible which is sitting at 166 votes.
... I appreciate the concern as well for the people who were laid off. Rest assured that those of us still at Faithlife share your concern, and more: these people are our friends, our neighbors in a small town, and people we go to church with. ...
Thanks again, Bob, for your open communication. ... a very rare standard

I think I have read in the past, but I can't find where, that some users create and tag their resources when they are first purchased and downloaded. If I recall correctly, that tag for some was set up as sort of a "purchase date" or "acquired date". That way, if they ever had to reinstall their library they would always have record of when they first

Type "Biblical People Diagrams" in the Command box. Open that resource. When you hover over a person I think you see what you are looking for. Clicking will open the Factbook for that person.

Welcome to the forums, Owen. Excellent suggestion! You may want to copy and post this in the Suggestions Forum. You can see there that some have preceded their post with "suggestion" in all caps to draw attention. You could do that here to make sure Louis and Brody see it.
