Does this apply to song slides as well? Can I put a symbol on only one slide in a song?

Thanks, Scott. That's just what I needed to know.

I'd like to disable the confidence screen on a computer with three video ports. We want to use first port for the Booth monitor, the second port to display slides and the third port for other purposes. How can I prevent Proclaim from trying to use the 3 port as a confidence monitor?

Last week, all the songs inserted from our My Songs library had CCLI numbers so I don't think now the problem has reoccurred. The incident on which my initial query was based were likely ones which had lost their numbers when the first problem cropped up a year or so ago and had not been updated. Also, no one else has indicated a similar problem so

This past week, our song leader pulled songs from our My Songs library and found that the Licensed By CCLI checkbox was off and the CCLI Song Number was missing, although the CCLI church license number was present. I had to look up the song numbers for the songs and fill them in. This was a problem about a year ago related to the Proclaim database

I'm looking at updating my desktop and laptop computers to Windows 10 Pro. Is Proclaim compatible with Windows 10 Pro? Neither of the computers will have touch screen, so Windows 10 will be run in desktop mode.

Thanks for the quick answer. Looks like some work is in progress on it. The font we want to use is loaded and installed on the system using Office 2010, so it puzzles me that the plugin didn't find it on that machine but did find it on the machine using Office 2016. Besides taking longer to generate because creating images of the slides is an extra

Problem: When uploading a PowerPoint (PP) file to Proclaim, a font used in PP is replaced by another font in the images Proclaim displays. Details: When a PowerPoint (*.docx) file is uploaded to Proclaim from a machine with Office 2010, the font "Alternate Gothic No3 D" is replaced by another similar looking font (Arial?) but with much wider characters

Part 1: Proclaim shows sync is complete while PowerPoint slides are still uploading (see attachment) leading the user to think all is well for closing Proclaim. Part 2: Proclaim allows user to close Proclaim before PowerPoint slides are completely uploaded without a warning being issued, leading to slides not being available at a remote computer during

No. It only happened the one time. After that the open dialog box comes up pointing to the last place from which I uploaded PPT slides.

Today, when I went to upload some PPT slides, to a new presentation, I received a Proclaim - No Disk Error with options to Cancel, Try again or Continue (see attached screen shot). It referenced drive D (a thumb drive) to which I had previously downloaded a presentation backup, but which was no longer associated with a physical device. Clicking Cancel

We are running Proclaim under Windows 7 Pro with Microsoft Office 2007 (with PowerPoint (PP)). We use extended desktop mode with the projector as the secondary screen. Just recently tried to use the "Transfer Control to PowerPoint" feature for the first time. After a learning curve, I found that when the Proclaim transitions to the PP presentation,

Thanks, Dave for the gentle rebuke and reminder. Our Sovereign God wasn't taken by surprise. Perhaps we have been more reliant on technology than Him and needed the reminder that He is in control. Thanks.

A synchronization error has been occurring continuously since about noon this morning (11/22/14) and updates aren't being uploaded to the Proclaim cloud server. I get a red triangle over the sync button with the message, "An error occurred during synchronization..." It's now 3:30 PM and still having problems. Other websites (other than Logos) are still

This has happened before. Proclaim erroneously detects a non-existent Bible reference in a PowerPoint slide. This time it's 'Song of Solomon 7' from a slide without an explicit reference to it. This has been happening for the last several weeks, for as long as the slide has been in the mix. Can't delete the signal for it either. I'll be glad to provide

We use a template presentation, pre-built for our order of service. The songs I the template are empty, but with our standard background image and the formatting set (font size, justification, etc.). The song titles are Song 1, Song 2, etc. The "Licensed by CCLI", "Show title on first lyric slide" and "Show credits on first lyric slide" are checked

Dropping license and song numbers does not happen on all songs. It has happened on songs that have been in the My Songs list for a long time. However, I do not know whether or not these songs had been recently edited (we do edit the lyric text to adjust the format, for instance, but I don't do the editing), but all the songs at one time had CCLI license

I have found that some songs in the My Songs database when pulled into a presentation don't have the CCLI License number or song number associated with them and I have to fill those in again (which requires looking up the song on the CCLI website) for the latter. These songs have been in long use and used to have these fields filled. Any explanation

The last few weeks (I don't know when this started exactly) I have noticed that when a song is pulled in from either the CCLI Song Select library or the My Songs library, the "Licensed by CCLI" checkbox is unchecked, even if it was checked previously in the template song. Previously, this box would remain checked after the song was pulled into the template
