  • Re: Logos 8 Notes - Will they get fixed?

This is a problem. I posted some time ago about having lost the ability to drag and drop within a note and to the note from external resources. Not having active external links is a big problem for me also. Unfortunately I did not get a response. The problem as I see it is that the notes program was implemented as a stand alone program with no regard

  • Notes UI default scaling and layout

I am struggling with getting my layouts to work across all my screen sizes and resolutions. My problem is that the default notes UI is scaled larger than the resource sections. I have played with different scaling settings and can get the UI to balance but then my notes fonts are to small. I realize that I can change the font size on my existing notes

  • Drag and drop to note file

It seems as though I can no longer highlight then drag anything into a note file. I also am not able to drag and drop to rearrange within a note. This has always worked in the past. Is there anything I can do to turn it on?

  • Re: Touch Screen Support Still Missing

At the very end of Logos 4 pen support was working and that included the ability to write notes. I believe it was early in Logos 5 that it went away. Outside of the notes program I can scroll and get my virtual keyboard to pop up and use my pen to enter a new reference. This continues in Logos 8. Touch and pen support continues to be enabled in logos

  • Re: What has happen to Scalings

Agreed this is unusable and should be addressed. I can scale my program scaling to work for me on all screen resolutions. However I have never worked with software that increased the table of contents along with the open resource. Its always been easy to quickly adjust the resource font with the slide bar. Doing that now causes the table of contents

  • Re: With the many Windows 8 tablets becoming available...

I probably should have said windows 8 compatible, I am personally not interested in a Windows Metro app ... so not a rebuild just having it work using the functionality of most other windows apps (Office 2013 is not a Metro app). And really for me the notes module is my main concern. I was told that the module was rebuilt to be cross platform compatible

I agree! It does go further than just tablets. The price of touch screen monitors are coming down and as they become affordable more desktop users will want touch capability. It really is a request for being windows 8 compatible. I have been patiently waiting for the handwriting module to be fixed. The new notes module was a step backwards for me on

  • Re: Bug 5.1: touch screen links in notes

I just learned that if you pause only momentarily with your digital pen and then move away the refferance pops up ... it works great. This is better now that I know how to use it. In the past it was hard to hold still enough to keep the pop up visual.

  • Bug 5.1: touch screen links in notes

Links no longer work with digital pen or finger in notes. With a mouse they work as usual. Windows 8 Pro, Samsung series 7 slate.

  • Re: Android Suite 2.0 Beta 2 Released

This is good! Thank you for your work on 2.0. It appears that if I have logos open to a passage with notes an my phone and I update the note on my laptop and then tap it on my phone the program will crash. If I close and reopen there is no problem. Also... Is the delay when turning pages related to the processing of the data or is it related to the

  • Re: Windows 8 & Logos- Logo's Team thoughts?

I have been for the last 12 years a Linux user (gentoo), Three months ago I switched back to windows. I purchased a Samsung Series 7 slate. Two months ago I switched from the Bible Soft program to Logos. Both moves have been excellent. I have played the game of trying to get all the apps I use to work well on all my devices (I have used Vmware since
