  • Re: Upgrade Logos Fee

Even though I posed a question about upgrade fees, I will say that I have spent at least $400 more on different Logos material. I'm just saying I'm committed at this point with $700-$800 invested. I enjoy Logos and can accept the answer of administrative cost. Almost daily I check for upgrades and subscribe to Morris Proctor's monthly newsletter. In

  • Upgrade Logos Fee

Why does Logos charge more money to upgrade than the difference of price between two products if you had purchased 1 "level" higher? For example, I bought Leaders and now I want to upgrade to Scholars. The cost difference between the 2 is $20 more for the upgrade, per the "validated" page. If I had bought Scholars originally, I would have saved $20

I just pre-pubbed. I hope this doesn't take a year. Anyway, I can read the print version for now.

  • LGNTI and Louw-Nida Tip

I would like to say that I do not own the analytical Lexham and I have wondered how I could have a list of every verse that pertains to a specific Louw-Nida number. I have thought hard about the purchase when I stumbled on a way to find this information. With the LGNTI open, I double click on the Greek word of interest and all my keylinked lexicons

The Lexham Greek-English interlinear is nice. I don't have BDAG, but I have Louw-Nida, Anlex, Strongs, and another semantic domain lexicon. I purchased the Lexham on Pre-pub and enjoy it, although I am weak in the Greek language. The Greek is morphologically tagged and can be keylinked to your favorite lexicon. It was cheaper than NA27. Yes I have this bible and I am ready for logos to pre-pub. The ESV study bible is better than John MacArthur's study bible.

Allistair Begg would be a good series. I have MacArthur and one thing I don't like is that I have a lot of the resources that come with other Lifeworks. So, if I purchase another Lifeworks person, I wish something different would be added by subtracting unnecessary resources, instead of another bible or dictionary that you already have.
