  • Re: Hyperlinking in notes in Android

I thought I did this previously and it did not work. But, I may have been mistaken, because now it works! Thank you.

  • Re: Hyperlinking in notes in Android

I use Logos on an LG 8.3 tablet with Verizon, Android OS 5.0.2. First, In Jude 1, I add a note. I place the cursor in the third line of my note at the comma at "In ," so the Jude 5-7 reference I want there should appear as, "In Jude 5-7, he discusses..." Then, I open the Editor dialog and type the verses in the Hyperlink field, "Jude 5-7" Then, I tap

  • Hyperlinking in notes in Android

I enter notes in a verse. Then, I want to add a verse reference, hyperlinked. I place the cursor where I want the reference to appear, such as at the end of what I just typed. Invariably, once I have entered the hyperlinked verse(s) reference, a seemingly random word in my notes gets the hyperlink, not at all where I placed the cursor. I can't figure

But as I already noted, I have Logos 5 . It was a crossgrade from version 4, but that should not matter. The original Scholar's Edition I got was version 3, but as you said, that's not relevant. As I also stated, I have not had any problems with this issue at all during the time I have used Logos for Android. The issue started only yesterday. Forcing

Good morning, Graham, Yes, I have had Logos Scholar's Edition since 2002 or so. I currently have Logos 5. This problem started only yesterday. I have never had a problem with this issue before. The Android app lets me open my entire library and syncs with the desktop application. This happens with Wifi and also when I am on my 4G network, so connectivity

  • Weird glitch in Android app

I noticed today when I did a Bible word study, the study opens with definition, translation and word uses in the top panel. The bottom has only, " This report works best with Logos Bible Software. Visit logos.com for more information." Huh?? Very strange. Any ideas? Thank you.

I just noticed that there is a new update, which I will have to apply later today once I am back on my office wifi. Thank you, Dave!

  • Windows 7 Taskbar Icon issues

Any idea what is happening? The icon on the taskbar keeps changing to a generic Windows icon. I can unpin the icon, open Logos, and pin the icon again. It is good for a while, but eventually reverts to the generic icon. Thank you all.

I am a little confused about the Logos Android app. Is the current app still a beta version?

  • Re: Android Beta testing

Sorry; I did not mean closing running books, but actually exiting Logos. That is one thing I have not liked about Android. Several Android programs have a menu item named "Exit" for exiting the program. That I would like.

Related to text size (just my preference), are there plans to include more fonts? I love the Beta so far!!!

  • Re: Android Beta testing

Speaking of Navigation, I I have a recommendation. I would recommend an Exit button, so we don't have to tap Back umpteen times to exit the program. I love what Logos has done so far and am looking forward to the official finished product!

  • Re: Galaxy Tab, Sprint 7 inch

I am not having problems as you mention, Christopher. I use the Galaxy Tab 7" for Verizon. One thing I did notice is that the chapter and verse grid is now in light gray font, which is tough to read. I have old eyes ;-) However, I know that the bugs will eventually be worked out. Good work, Logos.

  • Re: READ ALOUD

I tried the trial of TextAloud, but found that I would need to copy and paste text to read into their text window(?) I did not try this with Bible text, but it is my impression that it would read something like, as in John 3:16 (bold for the normally unread text): "Sixteen, for God so loved... seventeen, For God did not send the Son..." and so on, including

  • Re: "Learn to Use Biblical Greek and Hebrew" video series

There were mail problems and it took almost 4 weeks to get mine, although Logos shipments usually take no more than about 3 days. So far it looks great, but I have found some errors, which Logos is working on. I am a fairly new Greek student and have learned some basics over the last couple of years. I know this is not intended to make me a Greek scholar
