  • Switch from Windows to Mac

    I am considering switching from a Windows based computer to a Mac. Will my current version of Logos 5 run on the Mac or do I need to purchase a Mac compatible version of Logos?

  • Re: Syncing the split screens in new iPad version of Logos 4

    I figured it out myself. When I hold down the split screen "button" at the right side of the split screen, a little window pops up which enables me to link the two windows.

  • Syncing the split screens in new iPad version of Logos 4

    I figured out how to get the split screen function to work, but can't figure out how to sync the screens so that my commentary tracks along with the Bible passage I am studying. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Re: Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working

    Thanks. I followed the instructions for loading Logos from the desktop to a blank screen. Apparently there was an update that downloaded and when I installed it, everything started working again. So I'm back in business.

  • Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working

    I have used Logos 4 for years and it has been working just fine. Tonight, I tried to start it up on my laptop. It starts, but suddenly it gives me the message "Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working" and the program stops loading. I have tried multiple times to load it without success. I completely shut down and restarted my laptop, but no luck;

    I don't know about Steven's, but mine still isn't working correctly. I'm still waiting on the next beta to fix it.

    I've read all the previous responses and see that everyone is having the same problem with the Copy Bible Verses reverting to Fully Formatted rather than remembering the last previously used format. I see that it counts as a "bug report." But I'm wondering how long do we have to wait for the next update to fix it? It's getting tiring to have to reset

  • Re: Help! Your Customer Support System isn't working!!!

    Never mind my continued whining about not finding the OK button for saving a newly created style in the CBV. Once I floated the panel, it was clearly visible. I was trying to do it in a locked window and the OK button was not available in that situation. Well, the forums did have the answers to my questions, and it was a lot more thorough than the Customer

    Also, thanks Mark for the creative idea for floating the CBV panel and minimizing it at the bottom. I'll use it that way until Logos restores the old way of doing things.

    Everyone's answers have been helpful so far as watching the videos and learning how to set up my prioritized resources. Also, I understand the issue of the Copy Bible Verses window not being available in the same way it was in Version 3. However, I'm still struggling with saving my new style for the Copy Bible Verses. I've been told to click OK and

  • Help! Your Customer Support System isn't working!!!

    I called a few minutes ago to get some assistance on how to do certain things in Logos 4. I waited on hold for 30 minutes, but that isn't my complaint. The lady who answered the phone advised me it would be a 30 minute wait, and I chose to wait. My problem is that once I got a customer support person, I asked my questions and she told me that I would
