  • A18 Bug - Dragging guides and tools from menu

In the week I've been using A18 I've got quite used to dragging various guides and tools straight from the menus to where I want them. However, there are two issues that I've come across. Both are reproducable. First, if I try to drag 'Passage Analysis' from the 'Tools' menu, it opens the 'Program Settings' instead: Second, I cannot drag anything directly

  • Re: Skip Beta Full Logos 4

Whether L4 for Mac skips to 'beta' phase or not is merely an issue of semantics. The application still needs the feature set completing, it needs the bugs ironing out, and it still needs optimising for performance. What we call it during these stages makes little difference, it will still take the time it takes. In the mean time it's becoming more and

  • Re: Text comparison

Hi There is a bug with the Text Comparison function at the moment. It is possible to add additional versions, but the only relatively easy way to do it is to insert the reference into the middle of the sequence, not at the end. So, for example, you could 'KJV' into 'ESV, RSV' to read 'ESV, KJV, RSV' and hit return. There are other ways, but this is

Hello Douglas Welcome to the forums. I suggest you change your display name to something other than your email address. As it is you're an easy target for spam. Have a look at this post to help you change it: http://wiki.logos.com/Changing_Forum_Display_Name Have a look at the 'Guide to Reporting Bugs' (the link is in my signature, below). It's best

Philana - It might be worth checking whether resources containing images are still in your Library. I don't know what image resources you should have, but items in my library such as '1000 Bible Images' and 'The Bible and its Story' open as a series of images. If the resources you expect are not in your Library, then check the 'Hidden Resources' in

Hi - It sounds like you're trying to access these resources through the 'Passage Guide' rather than the 'Tools' menu. Am I right? If so, it could be that these particular sections of the Passage Guide are hidden. On the screenshot below Biblical Places is open, but Biblical people is not. If I were to click where the red arrow is pointing, then I would

Hi Gene Welcome to the forums. Logos 4 needs to download and index your resources before you can use them. This is a little frustrating as you're probably eager to start playing with your new program. It's best to leave the computer running overnight. Make sure that you've (temporarily) altered the System Preferences to stop the computer going to sleep

Hi Don There was a problem with A16 which prevented the application updating automatically. You can download A17 here: http://www.logos.com/logos4mac That link can be used to download whichever is the current version of the application. You should also check your settings and ensure that both the settings highlighted in the screenshot below are set
