  • Re: @FL: Sales & Country Restrictions

Not available to me in the UK either. It does look like something must be wrong on the Logos website.

I get a red dot next to SOFTWARE too and I have restarted Logos. Probably should stay green until Logos 8 is released. Unless it already is. But I doubt I would have missed the marketing communications if it was.

  • Re: Proclaim updates not happening automatically

I have found that the virus checker I am using (Webroot) is detecting proclaimsetup.exe as a virus threat. I think perhaps partly because it is being downloaded into Appdata/local/proclaim/backgroundinstall. So Webroot then quarantines the setup file before Proclaim gets a chance to run it. Proclaim then proceeds to open normally (the old version) without

  • Re: Proclaim updates not happening automatically

I just started Proclaim and it did not pick up any updates. I then did the manual check and like you I found there was a later version available. So suggests there might be a problem with Proclaim rather than our installations. Jim

  • Re: Bible Study Magazine NEEDS to be available in Logos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for that update! I didn't realise there was an electronic version available - and that it is supplied as part of the Faithlife Connect subscription. That is great. I just checked my Logos library and indeed the current magazines in Volume 10 are there.

  • Re: Exegetical Summary Series

I find it useful in that it asks good questions verse-by-verse and gives a good survey of the various answers, linking them to specific commentaries etc. But the original 24 volume set I got cost me around $250 on Logos (a long time ago), to which I added the newer volumes as they come out for around $20-25/volume. So I would say the Logos price of

A bit too pricey for me even on prepub.

  • Re: Does Proclaim have an Undo command?

I thought it must be Ctrl Z but couldn't seem to get that to work when I tried before. But the right click menu > Undo always works. Thanks, I hadn't noticed that before. I tried the Ctrl Z again and this is what I found (using Proclaim on Win 10): Ctrl Z doesn't work when an item is deleted from Warm-up, but it does work if only a single item is

  • Does Proclaim have an Undo command?

For example, If I spend a few minutes creating a new song in Proclaim and then delete a couple of items including my nice new song, has the song gone for ever? I am probably just being blind but I can't see an Undo command! Thanks Jim

  • MacBook Pro and High Sierra freezes running Logos 7

I recently upgraded to high sierra and now a few minutes after starting Logos, the whole machine hangs and the only way out is to hold the power button down to hard shutdown the system. Other apps I'm running seem to be fine and there are no hangs. Logos worked fine in Sierra 10.12, so I am thinking it might be some clash between Logos 7 and 10.13.

  • Re: Fusion Drive

I have an older 2014 Mac Mini with standard 1TB HD in it.Logos was unbearably slow with the standard HD. It is easy to attach a USB3.0 external SSD drive to the mac mini and use that to create your own fusion drive. So I did that and it is an amazing improvement in speed. Don't know how the Apple Fusion works but the performance is like a straight SSD

  • Re: EEC for 2017

The Amos, Jonah, & Micah volume was due on May 1st and hasn't been published and no word on its new date. So I think a very minimal chance that Philippians (or any other volume in the EEC) will be published anywhere near the estimated release dates. Not sure the point of Logos giving the dates when they are always missed. Seems rather unprofessional

  • Re: Calling Kaplan Customers!

Over the last 2 or 3 years, I have never found any deal from a direct salesperson that is better than the standard online website prices. And as mentioned here, sometimes the salesperson price is higher. I think it is a bit misleading when I receive emails from Logos sales saying "I may get you a special price" when they mean I can give you the current

Oh that is a pity I was hoping to get the gospel of John book on its own because when I add the collection it comes up as this bargain price ... (I have all the other volumes in the collection but it costs more to complete the collection than to buy the individual volume)

  • Re: B&H's Exegetical Guide to the Greek New Testament - Moo, Kostenberger, Harris, Yarbrough, & Forbes have all contributed

WS still have the 5 vol set on sale for $49.95. I guess when B&H said it was only dealing with BibleWorks and Accordance they also include WordSearch in this deal (I think their books sometimes work in BibleWorks). I couldn't see it in the BibleWorks and Accordance website anywhere for sale as a separate item. Only on WS.

  • Re: Graceway Media+Igniter Media account linking

Thanks, that would be great if you could support that account linking. at the moment I can still search for the media from Proclaim which is handy. It is just an extra manual process to then download from igniter and import.

  • Re: Graceway Media+Igniter Media account linking

Hi Yes there is the "Igniter Originals" item, but when I select that, there is nothing under the "Owned" tab in the left Collections pane. If I click "Store", then all the Igniter stuff appears but Proclaim asks me to pay for using any of it. Proclaim doesn't recognise that I own all Igniter media as part of my Graceway+Igniter subscription. So I don

  • Graceway Media+Igniter Media account linking

Hi I have got a combined Graceway Media + Igniter Media subscription. I can link the Graceway Media fine with Proclaim and the graceway stuff appears under "Owned". But the Igniter Media part of the subscription is not being linked, and still appears under "Store" Is there currently anyway to link the Igniter Media subscription? And if not is this due
